I am a patient of Dr perilman, on Thursday Jan 4th 2024, I called to make an appt with him but he was unavailable, I have been experiencing some issues with my left leg and also found a small lump by my rib cage I needed to have him look at both issues. They stated they had an appt that day at 7:50pm with Dr Swati Grupta. Ok I get there she comes into the examining room and asked why I'm there I explain to her what is going on first with my leg and I stated that I think I have a bakers cyst! She said do you have a medical degree I told her no I research online for the issue I'm having i know my body and its a pain that keeps me up at night and hurts all day.she stated stop researching your Dr a doctor and stated that it was just fatty tissue but would send me for a venous to assure blood flow was good. Now she says remove your bracelets so I can examine but with a condescending tone mind you all I had to do was move then out of the way. Then she stated my nails are too long do I realize how many germs are underneath my nails that they should be short i have had long well manicure nails since the 70 even before she was born I didn't want to disrespectful her. She then stated that was sending me for a stomach scan and before she left she stated how do you wipe your butt with those nail. I feel she was scarcastic,unprofessional and very condescending. I don't ever want her to see me again I rather wait for my doctor and she wrote the script for my abdomen wrong the hosp had to wait for a new one. They become MD at a young age and think it's ok to be condescending to people not this one! That's why I gave it 1 star because of her! Oh and guess what I have Bakers Cyst! I received the results by email from the hospital and they never gave me a call in ref to the venous its been over a week I did get a call Thursday the 11th of my stomach sonogram

Dr Perilstein is fantastic. Knowledgeable, compassionate, great personality. Highly recommend him!

Doctors are good… on the other hand front desk staff are unprofessional & slow, killing the whole experience.

Doctors are good but the staff is horrible. When you call your on hold for 20 minutes or longer. They told me my prescription was ready to come and pick it up. It wasn't ready I drove there for nothing

Great doctors, but whoever is in charge of their intake system, needs a new career.This is the 3rd time in 4 appointments that I checked in and paid for my visit and then not be listed as here in the system. I literally just had one of the nurses call me to find out why I hadn't arrived for my appointment and explained I checked in, paid my co-pay and have been sitting in waiting room for more than 20 minutes.Do not take that away from the actual doctors here, they are great, once you get to see them.

Alicia Lubin-Baskin, D.O., is the doctor without compassion in my personal opinion. My teenage daughter was treated with disdain and her serious medical issues were overlooked or ignored. One example, she had a terrible thigh muscle tear. We had to go to another provider to get her the treatment she needed, which was physical therapy. There were other times, when we ended up going to the emergency room rather than let her be treated by this doctor.

Been going to this practice since I was a child and I'm a senior now. In summary, the doctors and staff as well, are all AMAZING. You are always treated with kindness and respect. And ALL are excellent in their field. Don't let the negative reviews deter you. Anyone, anywhere can have and "off day." So, make your own decision from YOUR OWN EXPERIENCE! I completely trust the doctors here with my life. And all the staff is courteous and kind! Always!

The front staff and CMAs are great but I made the mistake of seeing Dr. Swati Gupta for my annual physical. She was dismissive and callous regarding several health concerns I had shared. As someone who works in healthcare I was appalled by her attitude. Please do not waste your time seeing her, she will talk over you and does not take the time to document what is discussed during your visit.

The receptionists at this facility are rude and unprofessional and will talk over you while you are explaining your concerns to them. I spoke with Sabrina specifically and found her to be incredibly rude and unhelpful. We also received several different answers regarding our situation which made sorting out dire circumstances essentially impossible. If you can deal with unprofessional secretarial work, this is the place for you. If not, steer clear.

My one and only problem with them is I have never been seen on time. I always end up waiting at least a half hour or more. My last visit I waited over an hour past my appointment time.

Alicia was amazing! It was my first time there and she was so personable and friendly. She genuinely wanted to help me and provided great explanations for my questions. Thank you for being such a pleasant doctor to visit! Overall the office staff we friendly as well. Thank you :)

The problem you have with this practice is that certain doctors are part time .. this is not their main office .. that why you read of the long wait times . These doctors normally fall under the specialty group . The doctors who maintain this as their main office .. you should have no issue . Never waited more than 5 minutes from my appointment time

I called this office because This is our primary doctors office and my son was helping a neighbor move things out of their garage the night before and got cut with a piece of glass. I was not aware of his injury until the next morning. Because it was a Sunday we were limited to where we could go to have him stitched. Because it was already the next day my insurance would not pay for the hospital ER. I called this office and they initially refused to take him because they said it was a work related injury I then explained that it was not a work related injury as he was only helping my Neibor and is under my insurance. They then responded that they do not stitch in the office. I can’t believe that a facility filled with doctors would refuse to stitch one of there patients. Very unprofessional and shows that they do not care about their patients .

Ive been seeing doctor Gupta and doctor Perilstein for years now. I recently found out i have high blood sugar and doctor Gupta has been helping me out with it for the past couple weeks. Shes very thorough as is Perilstein. I recommend this place not just because theyre good doctors, its also a very comfortable environment and the front desk workers are great as well. Very easy to get to and to park as well. These guys have never played me. Both doctors are very to the point and wont have you doing things you dont need.
