I won’t recommend this worst express auto spa at Woodbridge Nj. bcoz this car wash owner name Joe was very rude & he was having bad attitude problem even he has bad customer service issues.
I always goes here to do my car wash n most of the time this car wash system has mechanical issues n it’s not working n they are closed many times.
I spoke to this car wash owner joe MY GOD seriously he was very RUDE n bad attitude problem& he was arrogant, he was arguing with his cheap car wash mistakes which they use cheap mechanical products n he wasn’t accepting his mistake which they have many times broken down and machine not working. .
I clearly told him you’ll must be using cheap stuff that’s why it’s always braking down which he didn’t accept
I have monthly car wash n many many times their car wash has issues going on n they are shut down, They are using cheap mechanical parts. that’s why many times their car wash is closed due to repair n maintenance.. not happy..
This car wash owner joe is the Worst person, owner needs to learn some good manner to talk.. rather saying sorry he was arguing.
If this keep on happening again then definitely I will cancel their membership n look for another car wash which there are many good options nearby this area. and they are very good & provide better car wash.
Other car wash is not bad and worst service, even other car wash owner is not rude & bad attitude like this express auto spa.. even not cheap car wash like this, even not good service by owner JOE. Zero star.
