Microsoft is a rip off have to use outlook and for work they changed the authentication process so after entering user name and password ascreen pops up with a code that you're supposed to enter in outlook. If you can't acess it because you have to sign on how are you supposed to enter it. Contact tech support and to get help they want you to pay to have questions answered no other company does tha if I have a problem with a product why should I have to pay to get help I really wanted to give 0 stars but you have to give at least 1 to review don't get Outlook stay with google

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I’ve been reaching out for a week before I finally received a response back from the customer support team, where I spoke to Vivian. Vivian told me that the company does not care about my issues and there is no way they can help me. I repeat that, someone from customer support told me they do not care about my issue as a customer. Awful customer service and awful company overall.

Very bad custstomer expérience after buying a Microsoft HP with face recognition in NJ. Following an automatic update it is impossible to connect again to the lap top. The phone recovery does not work as I changed me phone. The Microsoft account is locked and it is impossible to get the password back or reset it. Finally the is no customer service available to help, there is only automatic AI support that does not solve your issue. Will never buy Mircrosoft again
