“I started working from home after Covid and I missed my office chair. So I found out the brand that it was and I found one here. It came with a broken wheel but they immediately sent me a new one. I’ve had no issues since and it’s over a year old. My cats scratched it up a bit but that’s fine the chair is exactly what I needed. I feel bad that other people had bad experiences.”
