I’ve been using Pearle Vision for over 5 years in Paramus, Nj. Today I had an emergency with my current contacts I had on. The Pearle Vision in this location happened to be the closest one to where I work. I dealt with Steven who resolved my issue very smoothly. I was quite impressed with the level of his customer service. I’m seriously considering switching over to this Pearle Vision due to how well he handle my emergency. Give this man a raise.

I had the best experience with Josh from the second I walked in. I needed someone patient to help me as I am very indecisive with picking out glasses. Josh's patience is that of a saint because it took me forever. He never made me feel like a nusance and was so kind in his assistance. Best experience at Pearle Vision that I ever had! Lourden at this location is a god send. Not only was she super helpful in assisting me with deciding the perfect pair of sunglasses but she also informed me of a balance owed to me at another location. Great customer service over all. The entire team here is exceptional.

Amazing people at the Iselin store. Everyone was helpful there & especially Josh. He explained everything about the Meta RayBan glasses I had been looking to purchase for some time now. He was professional, fast, organized & most of all kind. Would recommend anyone to come visit this store for your glasses needs! Will be purchasing another pair soon.

I had a disappointing experience at Pearle Vision in Woodbridge. I went in for an eye exam and was given a stronger contact lens prescription, even though I actually just needed reading glasses. Trusting the prescription, I purchased a six-month supply of contacts only to realize something felt off when wearing them.
I went back and saw a second doctor, who confirmed that the original prescription was incorrect and explained that I didn’t actually need a stronger prescription. She acknowledged the mistake and told me that I would be given trial pairs to make up for it. After that, I spoke with a manager who also agreed to replace the lenses, stating they would provide a six-month supply.
Unfortunately, the follow-through was very disappointing. It took a long time for them to provide the replacement, and in the end, I only received a three month supply despite being promised six months. I also had to deal with frustrating communication, as they initially refused to offer any replacements because the contacts weren’t purchased directly from them.
At this point, I’m out over $200 for lenses I can’t use and only received a partial replacement. I would not recommend this location due to the poor handling of their mistake and the lack of accountability in making it right.
To respond to the response from Pearle Vision, YOU WERE IN FACT INVOLVED with me having the WRONG prescription. Please make a better effort to throughly screen doctors you select to represent your establishment. I have the right to purchase my lenses from where ever I choose especially since your costs are high. However your job that I in fact paid you to do was to give me the correct prescription and if you make a mistake then to correct it FULLY!
