Been this Ups store many time. Feel like store owner and employee are more helpful I had experience my international shipping was done quick and best price. I had done printing job for business grateful for there’s suggestion.

They charged me for piece of tape😂.
I have used other UPS locations before, and this is my first time visiting this location. I was never charged for taping a box at the other stores. I brought the original box, and it was not taped, so I was charged for that here. I assumed all UPS stores followed the same policy. Why was there an extra charge?

The owners are both amazing people. They have an amazing work ethic, as I remember hearing the owner teach her daughter about working with customers. You can tell they want the environment to be welcoming and I appreciate how she approached the situation and explained to her daughter.
Each time I have come to send boxes to my sister who is studying out of state they have always me navigate what methods or payments are useful and how I can ensure that the boxes are well set to withstand the shipment route. We even bonded over having a family member out of state studying. They treat you with so much kindness and patience. Each person in line, knows they will be taken care of as you can feel those positive vibes. I wish I had come to them sooner! This is now my official place, that I will go to for anything in the future.

Charged obscene amount to put on 1 piece of tape. Stay away, this place is money hungry.

The Associates were very helpful, pleasant, and friendly. The Associate who helped me, explained the service, cost, and took care of the copying and mailing. This is a great place. I highly recommend it.

This store is few steps away from my home and I visit this store every day for dropping off my packages. And they never disappoint me for their service. Specially thanks to Sheital the manager of this store is really amazing and her service. I'll give them 5 stars.

I had a great experience at UPS store for a drop off. Deepti Sharma at the UPS store was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure all my questions around the shipment were answered quickly and efficiently. I appreciate her warm, friendly attitude, which made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend Deepti for anyone looking for top-notch service at the UPS store!

I recently went there to do my finger printing, the lady took my SSN and Drivers license for proof and never returned, until i remembered after going a mile. then i returned and asked for it. i told her you should have returned right away after verification. she was silent. this incident could have caused stolen identity case for me and could have lost a lot of money . this is treacherous behavior.
