“I cannot give enough stars to the Postmaster Peter, over at the Waretown Post office. A piece of my incoming mail was misdirected to the Trenton post office and delivered to a firm near Trenton. Peter went above and beyond to locate that piece of mail and had it redirected to me. He answered every email and called me by phone twice to give me updates. I'd also like to take this time to say that I've never had any serious problems with my daily mail delivery. Over the past 25 years I've only had a few drivers (which tells me we have responsible postal workers) that have delivered the mail and each one of them has always been kind, courteous and never left my mailbox left open. When packages need to be left at the door they've taken care to make sure the weather wouldn't affect it. Thank you Waretown post office for all you do.”
“This is a convenient and nice location to get your post office tasks completed. The folks I dealt with were polite & helpful. They have the supplies you need and even have nice seasonal packaging as well. I will definitely not avoid this post office when it comes time again to mail something that takes more than a simple stamp.”

“I had a missing package. Jen from this post office went above and beyond to help me get my package. She drove to the neighboring post office to look for it. When the package finally arrived at the Bayville post office she had it personally delivered in the morning. She answered the phone, she always called back. The communication and effort was amazing. The woman at the neighboring post office in Toms River wouldn't even get off her chair and look for the giant 3 foot x 2 foot box even though it had just scanned into their facility. This was a stark contrast to Jen's efforts! Thank you Jen!”
“USPS is the best mail delivery system in the world!! They work day in, day out, delivering mail no matter what the weather is! Also they have very convenient drop off bins all over town. And you can drop off big packages here as well. Btw you don't have to wait on line if you got a big package, you could go to the right side of the building through the second door and there are bins to place them. Great system. Very well organized. Nice staff.”

“Great little post office! Within this parking lot, the Island Heights Police Station is on the premises. There is also a Kazibo. I love this little town of Island Heights. It's so beautiful to see the water as a backdrop for the post office. The staff is friendly and eager to assist. There usually isn't a long wait. I've only had to wait in a long line once since living here in the past 5 years. Otherwise, it's no more the 3 people and they are in and out quickly. Today there was a single person besides myself that approached the counter while I was there.”
