If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve been a loyal 7-11/Sunoco customer for years. Recently, this location was taken over by new owners. Since then, the place is filthy and items are NEVER in stock. Yesterday, I purchased an energy drink and they charged me an extra 1.00 for a cup. When I questioned the owner he said “it was the cost of doing business”. I then sent an email about my experience to 7-11 corporate. Today I walked in to cash in a lottery ticket and buy some items, and the same owner came out and told me “he was refusing to service my kind”. He then said if I didn’t leave he was going to call the police!!! If you want better service and product in stock, go to WaWa right down the road.

Went this morning to get coffee and a coffee roll. I got cash out the ?.The $20 bill tour about a inch as I got it out of my pocket. The young lady at the register says wooo I can't take it, it will not go in the vault. (I'm like what,lazy, just get some tape and fix it). Don't know her name, just she keeps her hair in a ponytail and it's long. What ever happened to customer service. I drank out of the coffee and touch the coffee roll. I hope she got rid of it. Bad service...

Location was clean and modern, gas was cheap, and they had a wide variety of snacks. Got charged for a courtesy cup of water, probably should be free, but otherwise fine.

Worst experience ever walk in. Mind you there are a group of people not only in front of the store, but also a few In there. Like I said walked in wanted to buy a drink. Guy behind the register yells very rudely we are closed Hurry up and use the bathroom. I go to apologize and he rudely interrupts and repeats. I walk out and let him know no need to be rude I'm not with the kids who obviously seem to be passing him off. Mind you I manage a retail store. He shouldn't have register till out on table with anyone in the building. Place used to be way friendlier before switch.

They are very dismissive. If you buy a salad uou get one dressing and is like pulling teeth as they keep them behind register. So if you want to buy a second dressing they don’t even offer it. They give no bags but don’t offer the option to buy the canvas bag so they expect you yo carry a bunch of items on your head?

Old woman that works there at night is the rudest meanest woman. I stopped purchasing things and getting gas because of her! I'll just go across the street or down the road. She is very unpleasant!
