Craig the sales manager and Jordan at the register went above and beyond to help me with online purchases and additional items I picked up at the store this morning. It was extremely busy and I arrived early for my pick up time and they went out of their way to be kind and helpful! They even printed extra gift receipts. I hope they’re recognized for excellent customer service.

ok. this is it. american eagle is my FAVORITE store for shorts! they have such a good selection of shorts , stretchy, hi waisted. + the staff are soo sweet and nice you don’t even know. i just love this place!

Very unprofessional, two females talking not once did they say hello or ask if I needed assistance. Didn’t say anything to the other three girls shopping, but definitely took the time to watch their bags as they walked out. Grow up! Don’t be in the store gossiping and too busy to ask a customer if they need assistance! That’s why ppl shop online! NYC has better customer service!
