Customer Service stinks! My wife has been coming to this branch for years to conduct business. Over the last month she has received rude and unprofessional service from a particular teller. The teller makes everyone wait in line while she has personal conversations with people that she knows that continue long after the transaction has been completed. When my wife pointed that out to her, she became belligerent. At that point, my wife called for the manager who had the audacity to tell her that customers waiting in line while the teller had personal conversations with some of her friends long after their transaction was completed was not against bank policy. How is waiting 15 minutes in line while a teller has a personal conversation that lasts long after the transaction is completed not a violation of bank policy. This is just poor customer service.UPDATE: Your suggestion to me was for me to go to another branch.Where did the meaning of good customer service, value the customer, or the customer comes first service go? Is there not a HR in your branch or your company? For you to suggest that I go to another branch means that you don’t care about the customer that keeps you in business! Instead of suggesting that your customers go to another branch, I suggest that you address the customer service problem that you’re having at this branch in Jackson, before they run all your customers away to another bank.Rev. Went to see the reviews. This bank sucks. Naomi "the branch manager" whose not afraid to give her card. You shouldn't even be talking to the wall. It's a shame you yelled at that 80 year old guy. You deserve to get fired. You should go seek help.

Why does your department work if every visit is directed to call the operator....

This is the only BOA location in the entire Jackson Township - I repeat, the entire township. Quick lesson: it is 100 square miles with the largest municipality by area in Ocean County with over 62,000+ residents (and counting).Yet, this location is by far the most INCONVENIENT and troublesome for most, including myself.Top 3 annoyance from this location:1. Does NOT offer DRIVE-THRU ATM (this is top priority!)2. ONE outdoor ATM (just ONE)3. No bank entrance after hours to use the indoor ATM. No swiping of card for the door reader. (give us access inside in case the one outdoor is being used or if it’s unavailable due to maintenance).Whoever is managing/owner of this branch. Did you forget its 2022 not the 80s? It’s all about fast paced technology convenience, my friend.Sadly, this location is operating in the past and needs serious revaluation for the demanding consumer needs.

Completely unacceptable closing my account going to another financial institution. Worst bank ever. Do not use Bank of america. By far the worst bank ever I was depositing COINS ... THE ATM CANNOT ACCEPT COINS! DON'T TRY AND TELL ME HOW TO DO MY BANKING. I'M DONE WITH THIS SH!T BANK. YOU'VE LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER

I have been a loyal customer of BOA for my whole life. I was a victim of ATM jackpotting at this and the Howell, NJ locations. The ATM at this location has been compromised on several occasions by credit card scanners. I had $5,000.00 stolen from this location over the Thanksgiving holiday 2021. BOA Fraud department notified as well as the local police. This Branch was not helpful at all and is currently closed 'due to circumstances beyond their control' Bank is refusing to refund monies stolen. This is a disgrace! I have requested the results of their investigation. They claim 'no wrongdoing, no accounting error'. They were advised of Fraud and theft not an accounting error. They should protect the victim and not criminals.

This Bank of America is trash. I drove there this morning to get a document notarized. The branch was empty there was a man flirting with the bank teller. He noticed me and say hi can i help you. I said gm i need a document notarized. He replied sorry we are all booked. I said there is nobody here it takes 2 min. He said yeah nobody is available. I worked at a bank, notarized a document takes about 2 min. I crossed the street to TD bank with no accounts there and they sate and took care of me no questions asked. Bye bank of america.

Update:Still no response from manager or anyone. I'm absolutely shocked. What happened??Been dealing with this bank for decades and this branch for 13yrs. Don't really deal with the branch much. But we went to get refinancing info early February. Met with Jessica who was nice at the time but for whatever reason never emailed or called back. There was some delay as she moved from another branch, but now it's almost April. I gave her opportunities to call back, text or email and now I've been ghosted. I'm amazed that not one person reached out in her place.. I'm done

Very rude associates, especially the lady that looked to be some kind of loss prevention manager that greeted us. We've been having fraud problems and wanted to close some accounts and open new ones and we're scoffed at because we didn't have an appointment. They didn't even ask if we wanted to make an appointment or even seem concerned that we had fraud concerns. My other bank (Santander) was able to quickly help me with the same issues and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation.

To get to the drive-thru it is like a corn maze. They need better signage directing customers on where to go to access the drive-thru.
