Nice 👍 factory outlet. Store 🏪 was nicely stacked and prices were clearly printed. They have nice collection for men and women. Shirt, T-shirt , jackets, coats etc are available. Offers from 25% to 50% were given of various products. They have a wall towards end dedicated for inner wears. See pics and videos for more details. Lot of free parking spots are available. Hi,
I had a very disappointing experience at the Calvin Klein store in Jackson. The customer service was extremely poor, especially from an older, thin woman with blonde hair — I believe she is the manager.
She was visibly upset and treated us very rudely when my friend and I tried to use separate discount coupons. We explained clearly that we were two different customers, purchasing separate items, and wanted to pay using two different cards. However, she insisted on using only one coupon for both purchases and made us feel very uncomfortable.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership position representing a well-known brand like Calvin Klein. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed properly.

Will always be one of my most favorite stores. They always have good deals and bargains..although the "starting" prices are getting a bit over the top. The sales people are always helpful BUT never pushy. This Jackson location is my favorite.

Went to Calvin klein store in at Jackson outlet store #6 & Shae, Patty & Roseanne(not sure if I spelled their names correctly) they all went above & beyond to help me with my purchases. They were cordial, professional & helpful. Definitely a store I would go back to. Thank you ladies. Erma. A very satisfied customer.

CK has a helpful staff that sells quality clothing. I think the pricing is slightly higher but your purchasing a much better garment.

I stopped by today and when I got to checkout, the associate ( I wish I knew her name but she had short black curly hair) was so kind and patient. She helped me out, and it felt like I was talking to a friend! Will definitely shop here more often because of the friendly staff.
