First, the staff at this branch are very professional and have been a pleasure to work with.Second: Chase customer service via their secure message service appear to be brain dead or they are using an inferior AI to respond to questions. In early December I signed up for the $900 coupon by opening both a checking and savings account. I funded $15000.00 to the savings and requested my pension be direct deposited to the checking.For what ever reason, chase closed my checking account and opened a new checking 20 days later. The $900.00 coupon has a 90 day period which should have started the day I opened the two accounts. Since they closed the initial checking account and opened a second checking account 22 days later, my 90 day window was pushed out to Dec 22 rather than the beginning of December. Ten or more secure messages were sent asking the reset the 90 day window to the beginning of December. The response I keep getting back is what is required for the Coupon, deposit 15k into checking and setup direct deposit for checking. Not one of my inquiries explained why they closed my initial account or why the 90 day window cannot be reset to the original opening date of these two accounts. My thoughts: it is a bait and switch scam by chase.

Why is there one bank teller on a busy friday? The bankers just sitting around having conversations about what if they went blind instead of actually helping customers. Good job guys doing absolutely nothing.

I just want to share my experience with a Chase Bank Jackson branch. I saw a real team that takes care of its customers. Namely, I want to mention John Anchak with whom we have been working for the last two weeks. John showed himself to be a real professional, walked me through the processes that were difficult for me after the death of my mother. He is not only a very knowledgeable and professional worker, but also a very good person who remembered the complexity of my situation. John was very patient and explained every step of the process to me and makes me feel comfortable and secure. Thanks to the Chase Bank for having such good employees.

I will not suggest anyone to open a bank account with Chase.First issue that they will ask you to have at least $2000 in your account otherwise there will be a monthly fee on your account, and besides that they charge you with all other fee most of the time, and if you try to reach out to their customer service line the wait time is at least for an hour.They will keep you waiting for an hour with their customer service line and they will play a music and after an hour also they will not be able to help you.Even if you go to the Chase branch their staff is very rude and unprofessional and they don't have knowledge of accounts. Their behavior is very rude, please stay away from this bank, and if you do have an account with this bank please close it, it is worthless bank, with no customer support at all, they are money minded.

- Extramillions - officially declaring chase or this specific location rediculous, I mean all locations are connected right? You show them 100% fact proof of your return a whole stack of legit papers proving your right which even has insurance on it - and they refuse to resolve the issue that you been trying to resolve since freaking february, might as well be saying your screwed, I was just told call the back of your card.....after 4th visit....which only leads to them.... You want fantastic reviews you do your job....

Going to a teller or talking to someone about opening a cd is fine... i talked to an investment advisor one time about potentially opening a cd and i asked him twice about was the fees would be and he refused to answer the question... i recently spoke to their mortgage guy and he didnt know anything about the promotion i received. I emailed him and asked he that he get back to me and he never did.....For some people providing customer service goes out the window when they realize they’re not gonna make any money off of you

Every staff member of this bank is so awesome!! They are so friendly and make you feel so welcomed!!! I look forward to going there just to see everybody that works there!! Chase Bank in Jackson is the best bank to go to by far!!!!!
