Shame on you Clarks for how you’ve handled and treated my 82 year-old mother when she had items she bought from the store and she can’t find the receipt but had the AMEX reference number that showed her purchase the cost of what she purchased. You’re rude salesperson in Jackson treated her terribly your Customer Service was a polite person but again you wouldn’t even offer her a store credit. I guess the loss of a customer doesn’t matter nor does Customer Service and how you treat people again shame on you she’s 82 years old

The staff is friendly and very helpful, they went out of their way to find shoes for me in the back room. The shoes are sooo comfortable and fashionable. I have a knee and ankle injury so I have to have well cushioned shoes and the ones I bought were fantastic! I ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes and 1 pair of sandals. I will definitely go there again soon!

I'd like to say this review is based on merchandise or service but it's not. Drove to the store based on their website stating they opened at 10am only to find they open at 11am. The store sign states 2 for $99.99 which is not outlet pricing. I don't think I'll bother to try and go back.

No hassle on my return and found a shoe that I loved in stock. The help was friendly also.

The place is too small to accommodate the amount of customers they had. Shoppers with kids and spouses wouldn't move out of the way just standing in front of the size shelf you need. Clerk was on a ladder in aisle and pushing boxes of shoes down to the floor.

Clarks Bostonian Outlet in the Jackson Premium Outlet Mall at New Jersey State is one of 30 & odd Foot wear store in the Outlet Mall area.It is one of the oldest Foot wear chain in existence with extensive range of foot wear in as many sizes as possible displayed elegantly according to the US foot size( UK or other country number can also be looked inside of Shoe for visitors to compare).Just it was Labour Day week ,we got a good discount on some selected shoe. Very happy & satisfied with the quality of shoe material and well supportive and helpful staff.
