Went to this store for first time and I liked their kitchen items and the sale was good . Conveniently located within Jackson mall. Lots and lots of store inside and very convenient to shop. Lots of parking outside and you can generally get a parking closer to the store .
They had good sale on kitchen items and we got some . Plates were really good for 4$.. got some glass containers for 3$.. was worth it . I didn’t find much of home decors though. Furniture was also available but not that good . Billing was quick and customer arrive was ok . 👍 we liked it overall. 4 stars . ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really nice selection of items and a solid store. Everything here seems to be high quality. I had one minor issue that I think could have been resolved over the phone after the fact.
When checking out, I was charged for two items. I came back to get refunded the amount for the extra item. I was told I could have just called and they would've taken care of it. The original person who rang me up was named Amy. The person who handled the refund was Susan. Both were lovely ladies.
Also, I really like how well they packed everything prior to our leaving the store. They did a great job, nothing broke, and my Queen was pleased everything survived the trip home. 👑

I visited the store around 6pm today with my mother. We were the only ones in the store at the time and no one greeted us. We walked in and the lady at the register just stared at us. As we are walking around the store a gentleman comes out the back and did the same. No one greeted nor did they ask did we need help with anything. As we continued to walk around the store, they were having a conversation and every time we walked near them they would get quiet and stop talking. It was very awkward. I could feel the tension. It made me so uncomfortable as if we were not welcomed. That interaction made me not want to purchase anything. As we were leaving they stopped talking and did not say anything to us as we left. I don’t always wanna pull the “race” card because of skin color but that is the only thing I can think of. Went to plenty of other stores that night at the outlet and we were greeted and helped. I know now to NOT shop in that store and take my business elsewhere.

Phone line says hours from 11-8. Get there at 7 and they are closed. Drove an hour. Wonderful experience...not

Saw a bookshelf on their instagram and they wouldn't take payment over the phone but said they'd take the tag off and hold it for me "in good faith" since it's a over an hour drive away. Turns out they sold it anyway. So much for "good faith!" Waste of time in the car!
