If I could give 0 stars, I would. Every 3 months I have to jump through hoops to refill a heart medication. They lie as to why it's not ready and in turn have me calling my doctor and insurance company when the fault lies solely with them. If you want an honest pharmacy, go ANYWHERE else. To add the cherry on top, they informed me once I explained this was authorized prior to them claiming it was not, that they need to ORDER my pills. So I have been over 48 hours without a necessary HEART medication. I will be changing to Walgreens as they are at least capable of refilling a prescription that is on auto refill and hopefully won't lie about authorizations being necessary when they were done by the doctors office far prior and done in time for yearly renewals as well. Just a complete mess of a pharmacy. I feel for anyone older than may not be able to advocate for themselves.

This pharmacy is the worst. When they don't have a prescription that you ordered they don't even call you to let you know. Sometimes no one picks up the phone when you call during normal business hours. I've never had such a horrible experience with a pharmacy. The whole pharmacy closes everyday for lunch. Like can't you have someone stay and eat later?

Took off half day from work for a SCHEDLED Covid test, emails texts signup etc. I get there wait 10 minutes on the drive up line to have them tell me some incompetent BS about their computers being down, that they are not doing covid tests today. Meanwhile all the signs are up outside. A simple phone call so I could schedule perhaps a life saving test for myself and family members someplace reputable. CVS the pharmacy that does not care about life or death, just that their busy and the customer time does not count. Stay away from businesses that abuse you.

X I suffer from clinical depression. I tried to use auto refill to get my antidepressants. Both times I went to check on my order THE DAY my script was due , and when I was fresh out of pills from using them as directed, I was told the pills are on back order. I need those pills everyday. CVS twice in a row failed me, and I'm sure other customers because they are too damn cheap to keep ample inventory to cover orders for important drugs. The one on Don Connor Blvd in Jackson has been my go to store til this garbage came up. I do not recommend this hellhole . The Pharmacist was very snotty. I am still without pills 3 days after my script was due for refill . If they want to know who they are dealing with. My name is Gary Cavico I am 67 years old and pissed. This is a disgrace!!
