Just went to pick up my prescription which I ordered last night in person because when I called it kept telling me they had to call the dr despite having 2 refills left When I got there tonight the pharmacy tech said they didn't have time to do it and it would be a 20 minute wait. When I asked why I received an attitude and tone telling me that's what it is and I had to wait. I have never been spoken to in such a rude uncaring manner. If I didn't need the medication tonight I would transfer the script someone else and never go back.

Hands down the rudest pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. From the man who checked me in for my vaccine appointment to the pharmacist who administered the shot. I don't use them for my regular pharmacy needs and based on their behavior, they certainly aren't looking for any further business.

If I could give NEGATIVE result I would! I drove 2 hours for a COVID test for my daughter to only be turned away...this is all complete BS!

They do not fill prescriptions when they say, the give you the WRONG ones at the drive through after already confirming what you are picking up, and they do not archive medications you no longer are on/need, and continue to do refills on them after being asked multiple times to take them off of the active list! Very unprofessional and uncaring. I will definitely be switching pharmacies ASAP

I literally downloaded yelp just to leave this review. I had the worst service here I have ever experienced. The woman working did not speak very good English and lead me to accidentally delete a medication off my profile that I needed. Then said it was required to get 3 month supply of the medicines. Even if you have to drive out of the way to get to another pharmacy it would be worth it to never go here.

Wife is sick and made an 1:20pm appointment to go to minute clinic. As she's pulling in at 1:18pm, the nurse practitioner calls to move her appointment to 3pm, telling her that the computer made a mistake and she has lunch break from 2p-3p. Now we have an 18 month old and 5 year old, which makes even scheduling an appointment tough. All parents here that don't use childcare or nannies would agree. Well my wife had to cancel her appointment even after she told the nurse she was literally pulling in the parking lot; and ended up going to a medi-merge. CVS, definitely not thrilled with your nurse practitioner today. Don't think we will be returning after this.

When physicians make a clinical decision and write a prescription, CVS should not dictate what a patient can or cannot have just because Medicare requires a little additional paperwork. People with diabetes, especially those on insulin, often need to check more than 3 times a day. And while Medicare will pay for 3 strips a day without question, it will pay for more if there is a documented need for such. Denying medicare patients the testing supplies they need despite what a physician orders is tantamount to practicing medicine without a license. And telling patients and physicians that Medicare has changed its policies is an outright lie. Check the CMS website. Ask other pharmacies. They will tell you the truth.

This place is horrible. They advertise that they can do DOT physicals for people who have CDLs (Commercial Driver License). I took time off work, made an appointment and showed up 15 minutes early for my 11:00 AM appointment. The lazy woman working in the clinic kept me waiting until 11:10 AM even though she wasn't doing anything except talking with a FedEx delivery driver. This woman then tells me that she was just hired by CVS and that she is not certified by the government to perform CDL physicals. Now I have to take more time off of work and find a new place to get my physical. CVS, you wasted my time. You suck!
