It's a drugstore with plenty of knick nacks and products u must walk through to get to the pharmacy. That's an advertising technique not a design flaw, they want to make you see & buy anything, everything while you are walking through store.

This CVS is always well stocked (particularly cosmetics) and if not then the general manager has been prompt about reordering items. Al the pharmacist is very efficient and timely and knowledgeable. A very reliable site, a little out of my way not the closest CVS but I end up coming here often due to the convenience.

The CVS store on Bennets Mills Rd in Jackson is a lovely store to shop in. Manager is very helpful and the Pharmacist is very pleasant. Great place to get vaccinated.

When I entered the CVS on County Line Road in Jackson, I was immediately impressed with the sales associate, Melanie "Mel", who greeted me. Without her assistance, I would not have been able to use the feature on the photo kiosk to get the needed prints. Nor would I have been able to work around an issue I was encountering using the CVS app via my Apple iPhone to complete my purchase. Mel was kind, patient, considerate, AND well-versed in her job.

Had such a great experience here today because of Kavita Patel! She works at the minute clinic and was so kind and helpful. She did my check ups that I needed and was friendly and intelligent. I will be coming to CVS for any medical needs I have in the future.

Any other one is a better choice. They NEVER what is prescribed and will not tell you that things are not getting filled. I love walking distance away and I choose to drive 10-15 minutes away to avoid this location.

We drove all the way from one cvs because the passport picture camera was broken. The manager was really nasty and refused to do it for us.
