Ricky and the team at the Jackson location have been great to me each and every time I've needed a rental, most recently while my car was being repaired and the dealership needed to keep my car longer and longer they made extending the rental stress free during a very stressful time. Ricky, the owner, is the best!!! He went way out of his way to help me and my daughter get a bigger car to drive to naples florida. He got us a jeep wagoneer which was perfect. The best experience we ever had. If you need a rent a car, THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO! thank you!
