Not a real Fedex. I have a box with a prepaid fedex ground label. The guy saw my box and he's like sorry thats to big. I
WAS LIKE HU? Fedex doesn't care about the size ever. He answered, here we only accept shoe box size. Pretty ridiculous to have rules. I mentioned that they should update their services online, to which the man responded, oh. Very dissatisfied especially since I drove 5 miles to this store.

They don't have a QR printer. Really pointless to have a FedEx on site there without all the tools that they would need to get somebody in and out

The guy I spoke with was super nice and kind. He was helpful with what they offer( which is just packages ready to go)but they can't print labels or help with FedEx questions. This place is perfect for true drop offs. But if you need to print or have questions it may be best to go to another place.
