Associates were polite and helpful. Put me at ease when I went in for my appointment. Tech was cheerful, understanding, and very calm.

On my first trip, I could not find a directory & consequently wandered up & down the corridors to find the office I needed. On my second trip there was a stand with maps of the various offices, so I found my way much more easily. For a newer building, I'm surprised it doesn't have a big directory at each entrance.

Visited today, woke up with a fever, sore throat, and I was shivering. Drove to urgent care. They took me in and took about 30 minutes until I saw a doctor. Upset I'm sick on Christmas. I told them my symptoms. I got nose swobs, and they swobbed my throat. I am waiting for my results. Waited for another 30 minutes. The doctor came in, and the doctor was literally holding into the door as far as from me. Told me I tested positive for the covid... not even 5 minutes, i was told to leave. I'm really upset. They told me to leave, but I understand why, but. Before in those 5 minutes, he rambled about my pharmacy (cvs i go to) being closed and told me to go to a different "open one." (It's christmas... hours may vary...) Just gave me the name, no address. No, not only was I kicked out early, but they wouldn't give me at least a sticky note with the address. I drove and spent half an hour driving to 3 other wallgreens. All closed mind you! Fine! I'll get my prescription tomorrow. I went and called their urgent care number... and they wouldn't pick up. My head is bursting with anger. How I was treated as if I was some infected being?! (Which I mean I did get covid and understand their worries, but I feel if they really cared, they would of actually looked and saw if the pharmacies in the Wallgreens where open, because although each wallgreen was open! I was told the pharmacy was closed!) Unprofessional. I felt embarrassed, they where just laughing in the background. One of them yelled , "covid," and they all went quiet!! As if hundred of millions of people didn't already catch it!I believe that to be a neutral person, although I feel offended, I do understand why they told me to leave. Also, they actually told me in front of a full lobby of people I'm positive. Why are the good places so far away? I remember going to a different urgent care. Those people treated me as I was a human. Gave me advice when I first caught covid. They even asked me if you wanted a letter for my school stating i have covid and will be home for two weeks. Repeatedly told me that if my pharmacy I go to is open, checking in by calling them. The doctor even called them and said I tested positive for covid to expect me to have a drive-by and go through the drive threw. CVS ♥️ ILYYou probably expected me to give a 1? Well, I've gone here a couple of times. When I was sick. This sort of thing never happened to me. So... moral! Would I recommend it? Yes, if it's the closest to you. But if you have like covid, dont... Also, stay away healthy by not drinking and washing your hands as much as possible every day. Try not to touch your face unless you are taking a shower and have washed your hands well.

I was here twice so far, once for a physical and once to get blood drawn. All of the employees were very friendly and super knowledgeable. The doctors, nurses, and techs were great. The facility was very clean.

Good luck getting in touch with anybody when calling. It's like they don't have a single employee taking calls

Was a patient for over 10 years but no more. Wouldn’t see me in office due to my symptoms. Teleheath instead which was useless. Made me do a drive up flu test. Said it would take a day for results. Took 6 days of me calling, being put on hold for 20 minutes at a time, being spoken to rudely by staff only to find out my Covid test somehow “didn’t arrive”. Waste of time and energy. Will never go back to this place again.

This is the 3rd time I’ve had to stop by this place in a week. I have no problems with the doctors, the imaging center, or any medical service, but the woman at the info desk is mean, I mean flat out rude! First time I went in I said Hi, she ignored me, second time she was speaking to some young girls asking her questions, she was so rude to them, and today I went in, I was in a good mood, passed her on the way up the stairs and said, Hi how are you today, literally rolled her eyes at me. If this is your welcoming/ info person you need to replace her immediately. People are here because they’re not well, they feel lousy, , maybe getting tests, they need friendly, concerned, compassionate, happy people to greet them not this mean old lady!

Horrible customer service when calling the primary care office. Wanted to be seen for a sick visit whoever picked up the phone laughed at me and said go to urgent care and hung up on me. What is the point of doctors not seeing you when sick not everything is COVID related. Continuously going to urgent care where doctors are never the same does not lead to good care. Even when I was regularly using the primary care they couldn’t be bothered to look at my records to see I had a continuous health issue. I will be looking for a new doctor immediately.

This place is a scam their billing practices are fraudulent, avoid this place at any cost. They need to stop causing unnecessary stresses to people with over the top billing practices

No woman wants to hear the C-word when it comes to regular breast checkups. But, it happens and you roll with it. The staff here really got my appointments set for me- I actually had to have more than just one, so my stress level was at an all time high, probably more than I have ever really experienced.. which of course with (un-usual visuals of my results)- it was more than a single M-gram. Dr's here and staff, were so understanding, kind and informative. Spoke with me and listened- gave me the break down of the situation--and everything was about me, not a rush, no time restraint, no feeling like I was just a number. Of course, as expected- the scheduling of the dreaded biopsy.... was, well, no getting out of it. I can't tell you how wonderful the staff is here, I was treated with dignity, respect and understanding. NOTE: LADIES--- I have to stress- don't ever let anyone-ANYONE ever tell you that when you have a biopsy- it's a slight pinch. When it comes to a breast biopsy- it is not slight pinch. And opt for the chair-not the laying down biopsy. BUT- I have to stress- the importance- Do not let this deter you from having your routing M-gram or biopsies, love your body and take care of it, it's the only one you got! Biopsy- I had at a different location.
