There were two staff members in the middle of the store when I walked in. Both looked me right in the eye and said nothing. Not welcoming at all. There were no other customers in the store yet as I browsed neither of them asked if I needed assistance. Can't help but think my brown complexion was the reason I was completely ignored. I saw several nice undergarments, but refused to spend my money there regardless of the reason the service was so poor or should I say nonexistent.

Today walking into the store I was greeted with such positivity and welcome from Janet, one of the employees. Janet told me all the store has to offer with the amazing deals, and also fulfilled my shopping experience with such joy and happiness! I will definitely be coming back!

Brand Runs small school make sure to try on! I bought my normal size and couldn't try it on(my fault) Small is an understatement... I couldn't even latch the bra! So I'm out $40 because I was going to an event that night so can home took tags right off
