I've been a Hr block customer for exactly 2 decades. And generally, no matter where I went, I had no issue worth mentioning. This year, because of Covid, that changed. So I came to this location and when i sat down in front of Dorothy Williams cubicle, she immediately made me use highly stinging hand sanitizer. My hands' skin breaks repeatedly and sanitizer actually pains me. I unknowingly committed the capital crime of letting my mask slip below my nose when I sat down so she threatened to throw me, a paying customer, out. She was masked, had plexiglass between us and a pile of cleaning supplies mere arm's reach away. If she's this afraid of dealing with people, then maybe she shouldn't? I will be using Turbotax from now on. I have no interest in being lectured or threatened when all I wanted to do was pay money for a service and go on my way.
