What an overpriced ripoff. They get two stars because place looks clean, has an upscale aesthetic, the staff is friendly, and they have a good command of the English language, and the pedicure was great.
I went on Memorial Day, as I correctly presumed it wouldn’t be busy. The woman gave me an EXCELLENT pedi, but rushed through my acrylic fill-in and color gel polish. She wasn’t paying attention several times, and burnt the side of several fingers with the dremmel. There’s quite a noticeable distance between my cuticle and the acrylic/polish. She left my cuticles all jagged and dry, not bothering to even apply oil or cream to them. The polish is sloppy, and that’s AFTER I asked her to clean them up.
I went to this salon two years ago for the same, for my mother’s funeral. I didn’t like the job they did then, but took it with a grain of salt, because I wasn’t happy about anything during those several days. Turns out the nails really WERE below par.
A great pedi and a horrible fill-in and gel polish cost me $71 + 20% tip, (good job, bad job… you have to tip). Outrageous! They’re located in the heart of 55+ communities, and they clearly take terrible advantage of the seniors out there. Shame on you, Image Nails!

Great nail salon! I got a gel French manicure a month ago and they still look GREAT!!! I am definitely going back in a week to get them redone there! The gel manicure last a long time and is resilient! I work with my hands a lot and not one chip or discoloration! Super impressed and 100% recommend!!

Terrible. Went in and asked for a fill with just a single color this would usually be $35. Instead the lady ripped all of my nails out, rushed didn't use the proper products and did my nails for $60. I asked for a fill and not a set. Never coming back. These are nails are NOT worth $60.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon since I was probably 8 getting a kids manicure while my mom was getting a manicure and still come here till this day and I’m 24 and love it so much! They have a big selection of gel polish and regular polish to pick from. Very comfortable chairs for pedicures and they are so dental and precise with how they do nails. I go to Andy and always tell friends to come here because it’s that great !

I am not one to leave reviews, however I am so unhappy with my nails. I got a gel with tips (I wanted acrylic but she seemed like she wouldn’t do my nails if I didn’t choose to do gel. Gel costs more than acrylic, and all their regular polish is so old, I think they talk everyone out of getting it.
I got cut 4 times, and continued to get cut. She then didn’t clean up the excess polish around my nails.
On top of that, my lady didn’t listen when I was explaining how I wanted the design. It looks like I did it myself completely, the gel and the design..
Whoever did my friends nails did an amazing job tho, this picture is of mine. Not good.

I have been coming to Image Nails since 2018 and Andy never lets me down. Whether it’s a regular gel mani or tips he always does amazing. Jenny and the rest of the staff are also amazing, they treat me and my mom like family. :)

We went out of town for our family vacation and stop by Image Nail. We had good experience there. Amy did amazing job for manicure and pedicure. I definitely recommend it
