Vince and all of his guys are so amazing! After a tree came through the roof of my living quarters horse trailer, I was limited in the places that would be able to replace the entire roof and other parts that were needed. They are the only ones that were even able to take on the job and they exceeded all of my expectations. They got me the trailer back quickly and even handled all of the insurance headaches. They are extremely knowledgeable and meticulous in the repairs and body work! Thankful to know they are so close if anything is needed again, as I won’t hesitate to go back.

I was really worried about getting my Tiffin Open Road repaired because of the complicated paint colors. Tried to go to Red Bay but they had an 9 week wait. Someone suggested Jackson Auto Body and I am glad they did. What a great job, coach looks brand new. Terrific to work with, they handled everything including insurance. Thank you to a great team.

Excellent service! My car battery died in the middle of the road and the alternator broke down (I didn’t even know) they came to the rescue, towed my car to their facilities overnight and then replaced the alternator (explained everything to me) the next day, they were extremely helpful over the phone when we called to check in the following morning and also were super nice and friendly when we got over there and waited for our car to be ready to go. The owner Vincent even sat down with us in the waiting area to chat for a bit while we waited, I 100% recommend them with my eyes closed ❤️❤️. They were life savers for us, stuck in the middle of the road, didn’t know what to do or where to go and they basically saved us.

My car got towed in the night before because the battery died. Called early the next day to ask if they could also have a look and they fixed it! Super nice people and so helpful. Would definitely go again.

They squeezed me it for a tire replacement on my RV when I was in a rush for an unplanned trip. Good place for RV work. They did my front end alignment before and I am very happy with how the RV handles even now after thousands of miles.

A+ customer service/ care. My luck has been awful. On my way to work the skid plate under my car came loose and began twacking the bottom of the car and scraping the pavement. I pulled over in need of quick help to get back on the road and not be late for work. Nick was friendly, caring, and got me back on the road quickly. He knew I didn't need a fix, just to safely be on my way. I can't say enough how great it was to be treated like a human when in need. Thank you!!!!!!

Travel trailer needed some body work do to tire blow out. I called after the drop off to inquire if I could retrieve my camper ASAP, a friend needed a place to stay. They called me the following day to inform me the work had been completed! Absolutely amazing turn around and work done. Jackson auto body are both friendly and efficient. Definitely will recommend them!!!
