most of the time there was no one in the office. when negotiating a price make sure you have it in writing, they tend on changing. other than that, I had no problems, the place is clean.

Extra storage in Jackson was super! I was able to book online and go right to my unit and load it up. The lock was already in there, so it was quick and easy. I highly recommend them, and Amanda was super helpful with all my questions.
