I went into the Jackson outlet location to purchase several pairs of jeans. I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted and was approached by a sales person by the name of Riven. She was extremely helpful. She was able to explain the cuts and fits of the jeans I was interested in. I ended up purchasing for a pair. Mission accomplished.

Brooke, Jose and Angela were all so amazing! I don’t remember the last time I walked into a store and actually felt like the staff was happy to help me. Every single one of them were so welcoming, kind and helpful! We had such a wonderful experience at this store and will definitely be back!

Kyra was the embodiment of professionalism. I’ve worn one pair of jeans (from another brand) for over a decade. Sadly I got a hole in them and when I went to purchase a knew pair, I found out that my style was discontinued. Kyra expertly pointed me in the direction of the Levi’s equivalent style and fit. Levi’s has earned a customer for life as a direct result of her influence. If “the customer is always right” stays true, then I highly recommend Kyra gets a massive raise/promotion.

I recently visited the Levi's store at Jackson Outlet, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. As a responsible pet owner, I often bring my small dog with me, especially since most stores in the outlet, including Nike and Puma, are pet-friendly and allow dogs, even when carried in a bag. However, Levi's refused to let me bring my dog inside, despite the fact that it was securely carried and posed no disruption.
This lack of accommodation was disappointing and left me feeling unwelcome. In today's world, many retailers understand the importance of being pet-friendly, but Levi's clearly does not. As someone who values inclusive and customer-friendly policies, I find it hard to support a brand that doesn't share these values.
If you are a pet owner, I would recommend shopping elsewhere, as there are plenty of other stores that will welcome you and your furry companion with open arms.

Very nice shop. I love their Jean .. they had some good collections …. I found some jeans for 19.99 which was fantastic ! Haven’t seen that price in any showrooms in USA . Nice service . Lots of good collections .. conveniently located within Jackson premium outlets .. superb location .. it’s an hour away from central NJ but it’s a good and worthy drive …
Tshirts are good too. Lots of parking outside . Liked this overall. Got few stuff today when visiting there ..
