Unfortunately, I experienced one of the most humiliating experiences in my life in this store today. It was my first time, so I did not know it was a woman-only store. When my wife wanted to try several clothes in fitting rooms, she wanted me near the in-fitting room area to ask my opinion about the clothes she tried on. When I was just two steps into the hallway of the fitting room, I heard a yelling woman's voice from across the hallway, saying, “No man allowed. Get out there.” She was a caucasian, long blond-haired, a little chubby, and looked in her late 40s. I immediately stepped out, but she came rapidly and gave me an attitude. Interestingly, no sign indicates “no man allowed.” This could have prevented this inconvenience in the first place because the LOFT is not where men would go to peek at old, ugly, and chubby ladies. At least it would not be even my last choice. I felt myself like a pervert. Shame on you!!! Please put a sign on the fitting room area.

The employee standing at the front cashier was interrupted by another employee lounging behind her at the cashier/counter, talking excessively, and going throughout the store trying on jewelry while I as the customer was next in line. I had to inform staff that customers are always 1st priority! The unprofessional part about the entire situation, is that the staff only cared about herself and how she looked wearing “The Loft” jewelry, then the customers in the store. Very unpleasant experience!!!

Loft outlet in Jackson Outlet Mall in New Jersey is meant for all feminine clothing store. The outlet mall is very big and has so many shops of different nature fashion to foot ware ,food with car parking in the middle. Loft outlet has all that a women need from toe to head in modern & trendy seasonal things. The chain of Loft outlet has many customers on the weekend day when we visited indicating the popularity of the shop and variety of things of contemporary style. Honestly,we visited the the entire display of items & wish to revisit to buy for female members who have missed that day.

The staff is rude and disrespectful. They're not helpful at all and there seems to be no management. The store's selection of clothes, as well as it's staff, seems to have deteriorated over time. It's really a shame.
