Went on a weekday, and staff Latrell was excellent. Definitely knew the stores products and the difference between the jeans. I had an older pair of Lucky jeans, that of course they have changed the name and number of, but the salesman knew which is the newer version. Store was clean, plenty of products and sizes available.

Waited over 20 minutes after the opening time and the younger male employee refused to open the doors after taunting another potential customer waiting to get inside the store. Absolutely horrible customer service!

Love the place, there are always good deals and on top of that you usually receive an additional discount, tipically 10% off the total. Best products? ?Jeans, tshirts ?, coats are the Best! The service is fabolous! Recommended spot ??

Got a weird, not-welcoming "hi" when I walked in. Picked an overpriced but very cute tee. As I'm quietly second guessing my purchase standing at the register for 8 minutes. I think that's is weird that no one's coming to ring me out, although a worker is standing 4 feet from the desk and no other customers in the store. I finally ask her if I should go to the other register? She answered "oh I didn't see you. Well actually I just wasn't paying attention." Another person came to ring me up and I handed her $100 for my $28 shirt. She said she doesn't have change. Soo you don't have 3 twenties, 1 ten and two ones? Odd. I folded the shirt and put it away nicely. I was politely annoyed. I think it's bad for the company as a whole.
