Conveniently located within Jackson premium outlet mall. So many different brands available and Nautica is also a good brand to shop: service can be better . Billing is quick .. lots of parking outside . Very few restaurants in this mall, but good enough ..
There was some sale going on .. tshirts are about 12-15$ .. we got a few ! Tshirt quality is good for 12$.. some of the shorts and other shirts are ok . They also have caps and oher stuff . Liked it overall. Their perfumes and body sprays were good . Got the gift pack for 24$ , which isn’t bad : good experience overall.

Employee was super rude I was very sick and was trying to hold in sneezes and coughs (In order to not disrupt any other customers experiences) there was a misunderstanding, from the employees point of view the noise of holding back the coughs apparently sounds very similar to laughing. Which the employee thought that the best course of action was to confront us and remain on the defensive. His choice of words were, "Is there a problem?" ,and I said no thinking was trying to imply good customer service and ask about our experience, he asks for a second time is there a problem and he goes on and proceeds to say "Ever since you Walked into the store you had a problem with me" I was shocked and confused. I never even noticed the employee until we arrived at the checkout. So there would be much less reason to go out of my way to personally make fun of the worker. I say how old are you and he ask me how old are you and I tell him im 15 mind you a man that looks like hes pushing 30 having an argument with a 15 year old. He proceeds to say, "Your 15 acting like that." Mind you I just came to the store to shop not a single word came out my mouth directed towards that man. And of course if a simple held back cough is enough to warrant a full out argument that is the peak of unprofessionalism. I get if a person has less than stellar experiences with customers, but yeah clothes and everything are great

I purchase men’s & women’s clothing regularly here at Nautica’s at Jackson Premium Outlets. Easy & quick to return, if need be. I hardly ever have to return any items. Quality is always the best, with the prices definitely in range for an outlet store.

Who ever owns rocafella probably makes better clothing. Bought a 5 pack of simple tee shirts every single one was cut differently. Some even unwearable.

This store was cool! I really enjoyed shopping here. There was a worker I believe her name was Kailyn. Or something along those lines. She has the best customer service!!!!!! She deserves a raise!
