HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I was yelled at by an employee for sitting in an area that was not identified as a shelf. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD AN EMPLOYEE YELL AT A CUSTOMER. The employee should have politely directed me to the correct seating area. It was an extremely embarrassing experience.

got these shoes 2 days ago. tried tightening them this morning and they snapped. I am in college and work minimum wage so it was a great waste of money . I guess they’re all made out of plastic ? There’s no reason why they should have snapped on the 4th wear. I’m so upset

I recently visited Puma at Jackson Outlets and had a great experience. I was having trouble finding my size, but Kenny, who works there, went above and beyond to help me out. He was knowledgeable about the products and was able to find the perfect pair of sneakers for me.I really appreciated the outstanding customer service I received from Kenny. It can be frustrating trying to find the right fit, but he made the process smooth and enjoyable. I left the store feeling satisfied and happy with my purchase.The store itself is clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse through the merchandise. They have a wide selection of products to choose from, and the quality is top-notch. I found the prices to be reasonable, especially for the quality of the products.Overall, I highly recommend Puma at Jackson Outlets. Bought my 9 year old grandson a pair of his 1st Pumas. Wore them 5 times to school and his big toe has made a hole in the top. He wears socks and they are a good fit. I believe it’s a flaw and for the money they cost and of course I didn’t save receipt, they are a waste. Very dissatisfied.
