The sales associates have no idea what the Reebok pump is! This Saturday I walked in the store and asked the sales associate. Do you have the newest Reebok pumps that just want re-released, he goes are you looking for a soccer ball pump? I said no, I’m looking for the newest version of the Reebok pumps he goes there is no such thing! Please hire people that know the products that you sell!

I personally wanna thank Louis and Lilly for their assistance they are excellent at what they do and Lilly went above and beyond to find my size 10 in the show that I liked the minute i walked in! In this day and age good help is hard to find living in a world involving AI but I found great Service here at Reebok in Jackson Outlets thank you for your patronage!😊

Very inappropriate cutstomer service. The manager was giving orders to my elder mom who does not speak English to hand him the one hanger she left in the stand when she took the pants she wanted to buy and pay for. I am glad I was there to answer him and defend my mom. This is why I don't feel safe leaving my mother in stores where they hire people like that. He said that we need to keep the store clean. This is not my mother’s job!!

They always have a nice variety of sneakers and the back wall is FULL of reebok classics. We go to this outlet all the time and I've purchased many times as there sales are usually 40 or 50% off. Def be back soon before the holidays.

Reebok staff was so friendly and helpful. Great deals and selections. We ended up going back right before they closed and the staff had a great attitude about it, even told us about additional deals. We can’t wait to go back!

I had bought some sneakers there for myself in the past, since I do not believe in spending $300.00 for another brand that falls apart and spending the extra money because it has a basketball players name on the box. I am a school teacher and we decided for the past two years to get a group together at the school and buy sneakers for homeless students or students who would not be getting Christmas gifts. They talked to me on the phone and had picked out sneakers for the students. This year we were able to buy two pairs of sneakers for boys and two pairs of sneakers for girls and a wool hat with the extra money. Four pairs of sneakers and a hat for only $80.00 so that these four students would get something for Christmas. Thank you Reebok. We will keep this tradition going. I am sure if we would have gone to that other company we might have been able to buy an NBA endorsed pair of shoe laces.
