Just wanted to recognize Matt who was working on Friday 3/28 at the Sketchers outlet. Shopping for shoes with my husband who has a wide difficult foot! Matt was helpful and pleasant. The expanded store is quite nice! We were able to get two pairs of shoes which is huge! Too many times in the past it was difficult to get help at this store and with the larger size there are plenty of places to hide to avoid helping but Matt was right there and happy to help! Thank you Matt and hope you get recognized for your customer service!

Stopped there with my husband last weekend to look at some sneakers. Beautiful new store, much larger than before. My main reason for this review was because of a certain gentleman who took care of us named Markus/Markey. His expertise and professionalism was 10+. I probably drove him crazy looking for styles and sizes but he didn’t bat an eye, and always had a wonderful smile on his face. He is a genuine asset to the business. Note to the higher ups….Don’t let this one get away.

First time taking Sketcher shoe. I try Nike place same compound no good fitting. My foot too wide too powerful. Maybe Nike liking slim feet so I walk across Sketcher facilities. Beauty girl coming from Texas working there. I ask her accent she say Texas and ask my accent I say Idaho. She not believing. So she talk me helping me finding powerful shoe. Also fitting properly color matching turban. Many stars.

Marcee, Gave us grt customer service! Asked our needs and showed up. What a sales guy.. New his product new the sales and I walked out with a pair of shoes 😄Thnx Marcee. Think.we only picking up.a pair that Chris I. HOWELL called to save for my husband!!! Team.work grtbto see. I'm sold.on both stores now.

This store is a true disappointment. The staff definitely needs more training and store needs and upgrade. Computers are always down, no bags, no gift cards etc. The customer service is awful.

Skechers are so comfortable especially if your on your feet a lot. The outlet has many varieties from men, women, and kids..Plenty of different styles to choose from. Stop in and check it out!
