I had to close my debit card due to a fraudulent charge and was told by TD Bank that I could go to my local branch for an immediate replacement. My local branch, the Jackson branch, is 25 min from my house. I drove there this morning only to be told they no longer issue immediate cards. I went completely out of my way to be inconvenienced by Americas most convenient bank. They told me they only mail cards so I left and drove another 25 min home where I called Td Bank through my mobile app to ask why this is a thing. They assured me it isn’t, and it must only be this branch. This is the branch closest to my house and I have to say after 26 years with this bank, I’m considering changing to a different bank. I have several closer to me but I’ve always liked TD. Their website does not indicate that they no longer issue immediate cards.

Michelle, the manager, tried to tell me after I moved across country that I can't access my money without coming in in person. I was buying a house, and she literally tried to tell me I couldn't access my own funds.She was unprofessional, rude, and tried to tell me what "most people" do when they move across country. It actually sounds illegal, the manager trying to keep my money..I called a different branch that I have been to and the manager there was actually helpful. He asked me to give him some time, called me back a few hours later with a solution.Be warned and don't use this branch. Matter of fact, given all of TDs troubles and this experience, I would recommend a different bank entirely.

Nicole- matulewich -Sanchez went above and beyond for me! truly the best experience at any branch i ever had. i can’t thank her enough for her kindness and determination to resolve my problem. she deserves every raise and promotion possible.the manager was also great!

I do not get the negative reviews.always fast and friendly service at the drive thru.the service inside (no matter what you need)never disappoints....fast, friendly,and efficient.i love the Jackson branch

I don't get these bad reviews. I opened both a personal and a business account at the Jackson branch. The process was quick and easy. They answered my questions and were helpful. Every time I go, I'm helped in a timely fashion. Everyone I've dealt with has been nice and professional.

My card number was stolen and I had to go into the branch to get a new card, I showed up 9 minutes after closing but who would know because almost every single day this branch has different closing hours. The staff was standing in the middle of the lobby (I thought they were customers so I tried opening the door) and after I tried opening the door the staff started screaming at me saying they were closed, I had responded by saying I thought they were open until 7:00 and they rudely screamed back at me ‘that’s tomorrow!!’ I was in disbelief that they spoke to me in that manner. Very unnecessary and very rude.

Locked me out of my account was told simply go to any branch and they can resolve. Couldn’t be further from the truth. Left work against my better judgement sitting here for 20 minutes waiting for a resolution.
