I love this store have been getting my uniforms here all the time and they are good quality love all the girls there they are nice and sweet and always going beyond especially when some of the items are not in the store they will help me in ordering them for me they deserve more than 5 stars!❤️

I normally would not leave a review but after my experience last two times I feel like it’s needed save you’re money go to one in jersey shore premium outlets much nicer more clean an way more nice people working there then the one in Jackson very unhelpful and extremely rude will not be returning back

Love the scrubs, good quality. Had to come back to exchange my tops and the girl was wonderful, I should have listened to her and tried the previous tops on before I left. She was very helpful with letting me know which brands ran big or small. I definitely will be going back and the rewards club is fantastic.

Honestly, I have never had such a bad experience with customer service. A young girl named ADA, was absolutely unprofessional. Snatching and Throwing uniforms around like dirty laundry, giving me an attitude because I needed to make a return, I kept my wits to myself because I didn’t see it necessary to argue with someone on thanksgiving eve. Unfortunately, I have noticed something I can’t overlook. I made the return and instead of issuing my credit card a refund, I was charged another time for the purchase. I checked my credit bill and now there are two charges on my credit card for items I have returned. If you’re going to do your job with an attitude, at least do it correctly so I don’t have to come back again.

Just visit the store a minute ago, it was only one worker there (tall young African-American lady with long braids) As soon as I walk and she told me (No hello, no smile) , we’re closing at 7 pm . And I came there at 6:30. She didn’t seem to care to help me or to ask me how can I help you? Every time I ask her a question she walked away and did not even look at me. I ask her one more question, she didn’t let me even finish my question she said everything is there just look yoursel. She was such in a rush to close her store . I was the only customer at the store, she was not nice I’m not polite, She was so busy with hanging uniform on the shelves. She did not even recognize I was in the store,i will never come back to the store , I will not recommend to my colleague nurses . Very bad experience.
