Walked into a huge line middle of a Monday with out of order self service. I was dropping off not in need of a receipt and they told me I had to wait in the line still just to drop off?? Never ever had that experience at any UPS. Why would I need to wait in line to just leave something that was already labeled?

Got stung twice by a yellow jacket inside this UPS Store — once in the neck, once on the hand — and the assistant manager’s first reaction was to blame me and say it “must have come out of your box.” Physically impossible and insanely unprofessional. Unsafe location, zero accountability. Avoid this place at all costs.

I’m giving 4 stars bc I brought a pool vacuum which cost me over 100$ along with a 20$ item back for Amazon returns. . Somehow only the 20$ item was scanned and went through the return process. I would have given One star if it wasn’t for TOM. Tom was SUPER friendly . Went out of his way to try and help me find where my package could have been sent and why it wasn’t showing in the system. He was courteous, Friendly, and chose to go out of his way to try and help me when another worker said “ sorry there’s nothing I can do “ TOM GETS A FIVE STAR RATING and is the ONLY reason I’m not leaving a negative review over all. He absolutely has manager qualities and knows how to take control of a situation with respect and a smile while still remaining professional. I’m not sure if I will get the money back for my lost item due to my mistake of not checking that the receipt did in fact have both items on it, but dealing with tom is the only reason I would even return to this store after someone else made the mistake of not scanning my more expensive item for return.

Came in to drop off a return and was immediately told they couldn’t accept the package because it “wasn’t packaged right.” The staff was cold, unhelpful, and showed zero interest in assisting me. Instead of offering a solution, they tried to pressure me into buying a bag just to repackage it. I’ve returned items in this exact packaging before with no issues—this is exactly how it was shipped to me by the retailer. The attitude and lack of basic customer service were really disappointing.

While UPS Store is convenient and provides great services, my experience at Store 7688 in Jackson NJ is always exceptional. Such a great team there!

Went at 3PM to pick up a package that was supposedly delivered here at 11 AM. Staff says the package isn't there and wouldn't look for it even when I showed them the package status from the UPS site. Says to come back tomorrow. Pathetic... and the response didn't even address the issue.
