“Eagle Oaks came highly recommended to us while we were searching for a venue to host our big day. We could not have asked for anything more. From the service, to the food our expectations were far exceeded. We met Amanda in the very beginning stages of choosing Eagle Oaks. She was there through it all to help answer any and all questions we had, and make sure we were truly settled on all ends from planning to decision making, everything. She was extremely attentive and constantly checking in to ensure there was as little stress as possible. At our final details meeting, she sat and ran through the entire night with me so we knew our wedding would be exactly what we wanted. We met Melissa at our tasting last fall. She was amazing from the start. Her attitude was so positive, kind, and warm. My husband and I knew we would be in good hands immediately. She checked on us throughout our tasting, making sure we understood how everything would work on the big day, as well as ensuring we were happy with everything.Fast forward to the wedding, Melissa was nothing short of amazing once again. From the very moment my bridal party and I arrived, she came in to check in on us throughout the afternoon and evening with a beaming smile every time, again ensuring everyone was happy and enjoying themselves. My parents and I were introduced to George at our final details meeting. He too had a fantastic attitude to the point that even after only speaking with him for a few moments, I knew we would not have anything to worry or stress about. The night of our rehearsal, George made us feel very comfortable that everything would go off without a hitch Friday evening (which it did). George spent ample time explaining to the bridal party, our families, and officiant, exactly how everything would work for the ceremony. Checking in to see if anyone had any questions or concerns, and made suggestions on how to improve aspects such as the bridal party entrance and exit so that it would look as seamless as possible. He took extra time to explain how everything else for the day would work for my husband, Chris, and I.When we returned Friday afternoon, George promptly greeted myself, the bridal party, and my parents. He and Melissa walked us to the bridal suite and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. After the ceremony, George led Chris and I back to the bridal suite, making sure we had a chance to eat and have some alone time as newlyweds before the party started. All night, he was by our side making sure everything went smoothly and stayed on schedule.Donna was also incredible. She too checked in on me in the bridal suite several times throughout the night. We had some great conversation! Just like Melissa and George, she too had a wonderful personality. One thing I can say for certain is that Eagle Oaks has an amazing, attentive, caring and truly kind staff. Another is that the food is just absolutely beyond words, and the service is excellent. I will be recommending the venue any and every chance I get.We could not have imagined or asked for a more beautiful special day.”

“We ate at the American Hotel The Standard on Sunday evening. The server was lovely. She was attentive but subtle. We had plenty of time to enjoy our drinks, appetizers and main course. They have a very versed wine list. The calamari was tender and served with tomato and a lemon side sauce, both delicious. We shared a Cesar salad and requested the romaine be chopped. The salad was fresh, crisp and the dressing was complimentary. The bourbon Salmon was cooked perfectly and served with a corn succotash. My husband had seafood risotto. It was chock full of fresh shell fish and flavorful broth, risotto cooked to perfection. My dessert was an Expresso martini with Baileys. We will definitely be frequenting this Freehold gem.”

“Really fun, very challenging course. First time playing here and we played Ridge/Links. Course was in very good shape, really pretty design. Only negative was that golfers need to do a better job repairing ball marks. Will definitely return!”

“We always have a great dining experience at Sycamore Grill. It's a small restaurant and sitting is limited during the winter, but they do offer outdoor seating during the rest of the year. Food is delicious. They do seem to change their menu around some times. Loved the Reubens they had, but they are no longer on the menu. Fortunately their French Onion Soup is still on it! I get it every time I go! I really enjoyed the Nachos and the Tuna Tower. The burgers are fantastic too! Our waitress our last visit was so attentive and nice.”

“We just recently had my daughter's 8th birthday here, and it was super fun! She chose the "Doll & Me" party. Kathleen was wonderful to work with; she was very responsive and accommodating. The girls got to make matching "doll and me" beaded necklaces, could get their nails done, choose from temporary tattoos, get glitter spray in their hair, play with hoola hoops and also have a fun dance party (which included a bubble machine, balloons and a black light)! The girls had an amazing time. If you are considering having a party here, meet with Kathleen and see the space - it's so unique and different!”

“On several occasions when coming from my country I stayed at this hotel and it was really good. It is true that it is not a five star hotel, the truth is that it is comfortable, clean, beautiful and the staff is always very friendly!”
