I had an amazing experience with Morgan at Verizon! He went above and beyond to help me fix a promo code issue from a purchase I made at another Verizon store. Not only did he resolve the problem quickly, but he also made sure I got the maximum benefit from the current promotional offers. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused—thank you, Morgan!

Beyond the call of duty, Morgan stayed late to help me. He didn’t have to do that but he made sure I was helped. He’s amazing. Anthony was great too! Morgan made a terrible situation I had before walking in to something great. His calm demeanor was so nice to walk in to. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Bunch of lazy jerk offs
If you’re company makes a mistake and you don’t have the product in stock that I ordered and then you don’t rectify the situation but tell me I need to spend more of my little time to deal with customer service to cancel or change my order is pure laziness. Not to mention they had one person doing nothing in the store not helping anyone

An absolute nightmare. After a botched upgrade process - we learned the paperwork was never done with Verizon so I had to do them myself. Save yourself 4 hours of misery here. Go to Howell

Mr.Z. Ventura in the jackson store is so helpful and so very nice,he goes about and beyond no matter how many questions I have. He is the best. I have been in this store many times. .

If I could give this store more than five stars I would cause Z, and Morgan are awesome people, very friendly, very honest, and always there for me and my family. Z has put more effort into helping us getting new phones and getting the right price more than I’ve ever seen in the past with Verizon. Thank you both tremendously and will be giving you more business in the future.

Absolutely terrible service. Randy was short and rude and pushing products down my throat I insisted I didn't need multiple times. Will never step foot in that store again.
