Pros:Location. It is very close to my residence.Cons:The exterior and immediate inside of the store are filthy. The garbage that is never swept screams that management doesn't care.Second, the wait times for scheduled vaccination appointments can be ridiculous - 45 minutes+ when the appointment is scheduled online. (The staff also doesn't tell you there will be a delay then just makes excuses when they finally see you.)Lastly - and this might be a corporate issue, their app is constantly dropping auto-refills.If you have a closer pharmacy, go there.

I cannot thank the Pharmacist, Maitri enough. Although they seemed to be absolutely overwhelmed with prescriptions to fill and short staffed, she had a smile on her face and was incredibly helpful by providing counseling about a new medication I'd never heard of. Thank you for your patience and taking time out of your busy day to provide exceptional care and medication education. Your dedication to patient safety and knowledge is truly amazing.

Horrible they were hold my medication while insurance approvable and when we went back they sold to some else. How there they do that after they promise to hold it. Will not be going back, better off going else were.

One star is too much?. This store is run TERRIBLE and HORRBLE!!! The people in the pharmacy have no clue how to do their jobs. I wouldn't trust this group to fill my prescriptions.

Uh, little old lady stocking the cards was terribly rude. She was literally pushing me out of the way while I was looking for cards.. the pharmacy is awful and gets nothing right and never answers the phone. The line to check out is slow. RidiculousUpdate:There’s something seriously wrong with this pharmacy. I put in for a refill for my prescription, had it saying “pharmacist is reviewing prescription” for over a week. Tried to call 6 times and every time I got put on hold right away and several times for each phone call they would pick up and put me back on hold. Sorry I had one prescription sent here because it’s right by my house. Had my prescription transferred to another pharmacy. They all need to be fired and hire new staff.

No complaints about the store it’s well kept it’s the pharmacy. Very argumentative staff, nearly impossible to reach by phone. Always got someone new working there I’ve been coming 5 years and I just can’t talk the inconsiderate rudeness from pharmacy staff any longer I changed pharmacies. Take care

I called to find if they have a particular antibiotic, not only did they keep me waiting forever they came back to say they're too busy to call and find any other Walgreens that have it, yet the Walgreens in freehold found the medication in just a few seconds!Never will I bother with them again!Zero Stars

Always an issue filling prescriptions. From not receiving the refill request or not having a medication in stock. Never a notification or phone call. You gind out when you get there.

Every single time I try and pick up a prescription there is a problem. I understand if something happens once or twice and there's an issue. But for months and months every time I try and pick up my prescriptions there seems to be a new problem with them.

Absolutely worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. Most disrespectful employees. Multiple elderly people showed up to receive medication after they were told it was done. Then they showed up to be told come back in 3 hours. I then had to wait 2 hours for them the hand me a nebulizer for my son with RSV! Worst customer service

Occasionally I will shop here and get shots as needed. Never had a negative experience. Pharmacy was always helpful and pleasant.

I had a 5pm appointment for a covid vaccination scheduled for weeks. The day of, they call and say they are closing early that I need to get there by 3pm (like most people I work) so no, I can't. I was told I had to reschedule. My husband had an appointment at 10:30 the next morning so I asked if I could come with him. I was told yes BUT if someone had an appointment already they would be the priority since I didn't have an appointment! HELLO!!! I DID have an appointment! I DID NOT CANCEL, so why would you not give me the courtesy of taking me the next day. I get very sick every time I get this vaccination and I have to schedule (or not schedule) my life around getting it, and this attitude is unacceptable. I managed to get a same day appointment with Rite-aid. Meanwhile my husband continually has them drop his auto-renewal and they don't inform you when they don't have medication in stock! Time to find another pharmacy!!

Staff on site was not helpful at all. My photo order that should have been ready was not ready when I came to pick it up. I asked if they could print it on the spot, as I this was an issue on their end, and they said I would have to come back tomorrow for it. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL! The item I needed from the pharmacy dept not one staff was able to find for me, even though its a very basic item. Very annoying because now I have to go back to pick up my photos....

Pharmacy manager seemed to be bothered that she needed to help. Poor customer service. Cashier up front and pharmacist were helpful. Now I remember why we stopped using Walgreens. Wouldn’t want to put you out. Oh wait it’s your job.
