The worst pharmacy I ever pick for my kids .. the employees are so rude w customer.. and they make me wait for more than 3 hours saying they never get my prescription!!! And then pediatric call them and there answer was they need my kids insurance 😡😡 i went there again and I try to give the insurance and the lady got mad 😠 !!! I decided to tell them to leave I was going to different pharmacy!!!!!!

Zero stars if I could. The girl behind the pharmacy desk was so nasty. To me and three upset customers speaking about it. It was at the point where I was uncomfortable. She scoffed and was disrespectful and when called out she started screaming at the women explaining to be kind because she was picking up for a cancer patient and customer service is kindness. I’m appalled at her behavior. She had on dangly earrings and a long sparkly necklace. 5:42 on 1/28/25. This needs to stop. This is a place of business just be kind.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Girl working pickup counter at pharmacy had a nasty attitude, cancelled my script because “insurance wasn’t gonna cover it” when it was $8 without insurance and $20 on the shelf. 🤷🏻♀️ Will never fill a medication at this location again.

If I could give them less than one star I would. Prescriptions are NEVER ready when they are supposed to be. The app sometimes says a prescription is ready and when you get there it isn’t. The people are never apologetic, sympathetic. They are HORRIBLE!!!

If I did not have to leave a Star I wouldn't but it is solely based off of one individual that works there in the pharmacy. Disgusted with the younger female believe her name is Emily. Attitude problem and unprofessional. I work hand in hand with pharmacies all day everyday being I work in the clinical department of Hackensack meridian and she blatantly lied to me and a co-worker because she did not feel like creating a cover my meds key (which takes two seconds for your department) She stated with attitude "we can not do that at a store level" and when I responded since when I deal with Walgreens daily and they do it all the time she said " we don't do that I can fax a form". I asked to be transferred to someone else and she wouldn't do that either. But either way she gave me false information one, because I received 5 from another store this morning and two I called another store and they created the key for her and said she was in the wrong. On top of lying the attitude and unprofessionalism of this girl is just down right disgusting and prolonging the care of our patients who need the medication.

I got my COVID, Whooping Cough, and Flu vaccines there. They send me an email reminder and I register for an appointment online. Very easy and convenient and no waiting on line for my appointment. Very clean store and close to restaurants and shopping. Only a mile away from my home.

Pros:Location. It is very close to my residence.Cons:The exterior and immediate inside of the store are filthy. The garbage that is never swept screams that management doesn't care.Second, the wait times for scheduled vaccination appointments can be ridiculous - 45 minutes+ when the appointment is scheduled online. (The staff also doesn't tell you there will be a delay then just makes excuses when they finally see you.)Lastly - and this might be a corporate issue, their app is constantly dropping auto-refills.If you have a closer pharmacy, go there.

I cannot thank the Pharmacist, Maitri enough. Although they seemed to be absolutely overwhelmed with prescriptions to fill and short staffed, she had a smile on her face and was incredibly helpful by providing counseling about a new medication I'd never heard of. Thank you for your patience and taking time out of your busy day to provide exceptional care and medication education. Your dedication to patient safety and knowledge is truly amazing.

Horrible they were hold my medication while insurance approvable and when we went back they sold to some else. How there they do that after they promise to hold it. Will not be going back, better off going else were.

One star is too much?. This store is run TERRIBLE and HORRBLE!!! The people in the pharmacy have no clue how to do their jobs. I wouldn't trust this group to fill my prescriptions.
