I am currently applying to rescue 2 senior bonded chihuahuas.. Wilma has been so helpful in introducing me to the pets… going into detail about their history… health… food and care needs… she spent quite a bit of delving into my history with dog ownership… learning about me… my backup network… my home.. plans on care for the dogs… safety measures etc.. Wilma’s care for her rescues is excellent… her home is immaculate and pet friendly and her pets and animated and playful… I am thankful to be with Wilma and hopefully in the near future bring home an addition(s) to my family.

It has been a rough go of it after losing our 14 Years old Female Pit mix a Month ago now and it's been rough on my Family and our Pitbull Wilbur her Brother that is so sad and is aging by the Day. Amongst other things. Wilmas Adoption has been great. I am hoping to adopt a Dog from Her soon.

Wilma is an incredible person. When Wilma was located on Long Island I adopted my greatest gift from her, my babygirl Lollipop. Wilma saved her from a terrible life and started a fundraiser to give her a chance to see again. She did an extensive background check to make sure Lolli went to the best family where she was spoiled and loved for years. And she gave my family 14 amazing years with our Lolli. She is truly an angel. I wish she was still located locally so I could rescue another baby from her. Thank you Wilma for everything you do!

Wilma has extensive experience working with dogs. She shares her knowledge in order to help her adopters know what to do in order to care for their dogs, and she makes sure the dogs go the the best human for them. I'm new to being a dog owner and I learned so much from Wilma.
We are very fortunate to have connected with Wilma and encourage everyone to support this local rescue.

Wilma was very pleasant and helpful.If you're looking to adopt a pet, I would definitely recommend adopting from this woman. She really loves the animals, and seeks the best for them. If you can't adopt right now but you're willing to help Wilma take care of the animals that she has for adoption, consider making a donation to help care for these beautiful animals. Wilma does everything from her own money, contributions, gifts, and adoption fees. I highly recommend

Called and she was short/rude over the phone, first time dog owner so I was just asking typical questions to get an idea on where I should adopt my first dog. Would not recommend.
