I have never had a bad experience here. Staff is friendly and extremely competent. The office was clean and my results came in fast. Cannot understand bad comments. I have been coming here for years with no problems.

Was very easy went early morning and was accommodated for blood testing. Check in is very easy. Entire process is easy. Staff is very courteous and efficient

Dirty, repulsive, unsanitary. Worker did not change gloves. The worker also seemed extremely unqualified. She acted like she had never touched a needle before and dug around in a small child's arm in a way that would be inhumane for a wild animal about to be put down. For my entire visit there was an old man sitting in a lone chair at the end of a hallway, holding a cup of his own urine. I have no doubt that poor old man is still there, still awaiting direction, with his now cold cup of pee.

Script said same day results. I told the check-in lady it’s important we get the results the same day, I told the tech taking my blood how important the results needed to be same day. I waited at 6:30 am in the morning for them to open their doors so I can be the first one in to give them enough time for same day results and here we are at the end of the day and no results. I’m an IVF patient and the results are needed to know if my medication needs to be adjusted to be able to not miscarry. I now have to wait until lancers decided to send the results over which could affect my pregnancy. Really disappointed in them and will not be visiting this location ever again.

What is the point of checking in via kiosk, then being asked to come to counter and give all credentials again…. every single time. Eye contact is not required by their staff when speaking to you. Many seniors as patients, they make them get up, sit down, get up, sit down 3 times before procedure. Genuinely rude and miserable staff.

This lab is scheduled to open at 6:30. At 6:32 staff were still in their cars. Literally standing outside in line at their door at 6:40. Most unprofessional Labcorp I’ve ever been to.

I took my son for blood work. The tech was not sociable or polite at all. no good morning, just confirming his name and date of birth. she sticks him with the largest Gauge Needle then proceeds to just put it four by four and some tape on his arm without holding pressure. She then said " done" .Mind you, This is a kid and it's the Day After Christmas . She could have said good morning Or anything else to help him relax before he puts a needle into his arm.We walk out and his arm is bleeding. I held pressure and clean him up. I went to the desk and asked the woman for paperwork so that we can go on the patient portal for the results. she proceeded to walk around, start making copies, and then eventually hands it to me.They are not very polite or social so if you're okay with that, then I guess this is an OK place to go. They get the job done. And that's the best thing I can sat

The staff are very nice and do their best but they are understaffed for the amount of patients they have. About 18 people for a 30 min slot for 3 employees is really bad. About 45 min wait if you have an appointment.

This location is not clean. They do not give you a wipe for your UA and the bathroom does not have any. After giving your urine sample your standing in a line in a small hallway to be seen for your bloodwork. As I had my bloodwork done everyone in the hallway can see me having my bloodwork drawn. There is no privacy at all. Definitely wont go to this location again, I will be going back to Quest in Jamesburg.

This company is a joke. Drove half an hour to go on a Saturday only to find a tiny sign saying they’re closed effective last week. Everything online says they’re open though.

Labcorp needs to send out an email about its hours changing, so people don't show up only to see that they, " updated hours as of Oct 14 2023, that they will be closed on Saturdays "
