Every time I send my husband for my medication there is always one missing. Then I call the pharmacy and the girl that answers the phone is questioning me as to why Im on these. Why, because my Dr prescribed them! Got put on hold 3 times before the rude pharmacist got on the phone. Not for nothing but how about telling us when we pick it up that one isnt there. This is now the second time in a row so to pick up 2 medications I have to drive back over 4 times! Always a problem. Im switching to CVS

This store is the absolute worst!! They fill shelves marked with products with whatever they have. No real inventory, just fill shelves, unless it's toilet paper or paper products, they leave those empty. Never have stock & blame it on covid19 yet every deli has vitamin water in revive flavor & don't fill with another flavor just to look full. People who work there are mean & nasty!! No help when asked. Highly suggest Stop & Shop in Sparta over this place, people are kind there. This particular Acme is the bowels of the company & you can tell by the so called workers. Natalia at the pharmacy is the only good thing!! The others lie about putting Rx through insurance & are NOT friendly.

Updates still have to look for great deals here,Found large pork shoulder loin for crockpot bbq beef for 5$ and after Thanksgiving 12 pound turkey for 5 dollars. The lady at the register was really really super helpful when it came to scanning electronic coupons and points with my phone.I find Shoprites scan the card or keyring much easier.Store is clean during covid and not super crowded so social distancing is not a problem.Find most things I need so don't have to travel during pandemic

I have three supermarkets that are closer. I'll pass all three to go to ACME in Oak Ridge. Especially during this pandemic, well stocked, clean, and pleasant staff. Produce and meats are always fresh and well stocked.

While checking out groceries at the Acme in Oak Ridge this morning, we encountered a rude, disrespectful staff member who had no idea of the serious repercussions of Covoid-19 and was ignorant of the guidelines of social interaction with the patrons, who support the supermarket. This short white-headed woman with page-boy-type hairstyle told me to, "standback because she was afraid of me." The loud, bossy woman not only blocked the aisle in front of our carriage, but stood talking at close range of another cashier and stood less than 3 feet away from my husband. When I moved to the front of the store to get away from her (she was not wearing a mask) and touching everything, she told me to "stand back because she's afraid of persons wearing masks." I should note various (more-cognizant) personnel wore masks. I explained that I was not wearing a mask because I was sick but because I wanted to stay healthy. It seems that personnel at this store need to educate workers there not only in safe procedures in light of the Corona virus but also how to respectfully interact with clients at this store. We have shopped at neighboring supermarkets (Stop & Shop, Shop-Rite, Costco) and have never encountered such ignorant rudeness. Thank you.

The prices at this store are higher than most other grocery stores in the area, and I'm not hugely impressed with the produce selection, but the employees here are so friendly, helpful, and kind! I have told myself multiple times that I'm going to drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Shop Rite in West Milford but the staff is so wonderful that it's almost worth the extra few bucks on my bill. Thank you to the staff for all that you do! Your customers appreciate you!

It's all about the convenience. Great deals on occasion, like buck a bag produce. Prices do run higher though, but I do use the Acme app & it helps. Have had pricing issues on checkout & some dairy products have gone sour prior to expiration date. Cashiers are nice & great deli staff

How is this acceptable? You should be embarrassed. How is anyone supposed to shop for food when this is all you have to offer your customers. I've been shopping here for three years but I'm starting to have had enough. Nothing restocked and everything on the verge of going bad. The mushrooms and asparagus were in terrible condition and last week the only bananas on the shelves were either green or brown. From now on I will go out of my way to shop at a different store with a better selection. I'm so disappointed.

You are either wealthy, in a major rush or simply stupid if you shop at Acme, Oakridge. I fell into the stupid category for the last time today and will never step foot in the store again unless they lower their pricing. The prices are outrageous and they need to be called out. I have mentioned it to Managers in the past and they can care less. Nice enough people but they let it go in one ear and out the other. Please people, do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles to one of the two Shoprite Stores in the area. Do some math, the basics can be costing you $50 or more a month if you shop at Acme. I saved $10 today on some simple canned tomatoes so saving $50 in a month is probably and understatement. Stupid me went into Acme, Tuttorosso $2.35 a can, I didn't realize until check out and the 4 cans rang up $9 and change. I told them to keep them and drove over to Shoprite. Honest to God, .75 for the same exact 32oz Tuttorosso can. I got 6 cans instead of the 4 and it cost me $4.50 total and the same 6 cans at Acme would have cost me $14.
