“The experience at the store level is good, you find variety in clothing for both sexes. The service needs to improve a little, but in general it is pleasant and cordial. The only thing I hope they change is the bathroom installation as it is in the worst hygienic conditions. Thank you”

“Manager Johana (not sure of the exact spelling) is amazing! I was shopping with my toddler son and husband and my son was acting like a typical 3 year old (loud, chaotic). Johana not only reassured us that he was fine, but interacted with him while my husband and I looked around. She was also helpful in making clothing suggestions for my husband. GREAT staff, clean, and well organized store. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!”
“Plenty of collections available here. Price is very low and there are many discounts and offers available. Store is clean and fitting rooms, rest rooms also available. No long queues and billing are done quickly without much delay. Friendly staffs and great service. Plenty of parking available. Wheelchair access is available.”
“Mariah was totally amazing !!! I just had to share my amazing experience at the Guess store! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, and that's all thanks to Mariah. Seriously, she's a total rockstar when it comes to customer service. I was kind of overwhelmed by all the choices, but Mariah immediately put me at ease.
She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, I needed a new bag that could work for both school and going out, something stylish but also practical. Mariah totally got it! She showed me a bunch of different options, explaining the features of each bag and even giving me tips on how to style them. I was so impressed with her knowledge of the products.
What really stood out was that Mariah wasn't pushy at all. She genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect bag, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. She even helped me compare a couple of different bags, pointing out the pros and cons of each. I ended up choosing a gorgeous crossbody bag that I absolutely love!
But it wasn't just about finding the right bag. Mariah made the whole shopping experience fun and enjoyable. We chatted about fashion trends, and she gave me some great styling advice. It felt like I was shopping with a friend!
The rest of the staff at the Guess store were also super friendly and helpful. You can tell they really care about their customers. The store itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse.
Overall, I had an amazing experience at the Guess store, and it's all thanks to Mariah's exceptional customer service. If you're looking for a great shopping experience, I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Mariah. You won't be disappointed! “I absolutely love this store. Almost all of my clothes are from here. It perfectly matches my aesthetic and it's my favorite store of all time. The only thing that's a big annoying is the prices everything is a bit expensive (like 60 dollar jeans). The quality is really good which makes the prices worth it.”
“Today, I made my third visit to Lynn's Home & Decor at The Shoppes at Lafayette. This outdoor mall is a fun place to find interesting items that you won't find in your typical strip mall. And this is particularly true of Lynn's. What attracted me the first time was seeing the spinning globes on display in the window. These decorative items suitable for a table, desk or shelf were unlike anything I'd seen before. Without a visible power source they appeared to rotate indefinitely as if propelled by some perpetual motion machine. In fact, the globes are actually powered by light, and they are fascinating to watch. But as intriguing as these were, they were not the reason I returned to this store. My return visits were prompted by Lynn herself. This is a lady who truly loves what she does and loves the customers she services. A visit to Lynn's is like stopping by to visit an old friend. You'll end up swapping stories about what is going on in your lives and while away several pleasant minutes in conversation. And even if you leave the shop without a purchase, you will think it was time well spent. Of course Lynn will be happier if you do buy some of the several unique and wonderful items available. But I suspect that she won't be all that disappointed if you don't. This is a lady who is in the people business first and the retail business a distant second. If you're anywhere near Lafayette, New Jersey, stop in for a healthy dose of good old country charm. I promise you won't regret it. I know I'll be back!”
“Went there a few days ago for the first time. They have a great variety of socks for most ages. The sales lady was very helpful and not pushy at all. The person I got the socks for liked them so much that she requested more. So I went back and bought a pair each for her adult children and their partners. A nice place to get a unique gift under $10.”
“Fabulous customer service! Brianna at this location went above and beyond to correct a problem caused by online fulfillment: I had ordered 10 gift cards online for multiple recipients and occasions. The gift cards arrived without any indication of which card was which amount and without the branded gift card zipper pouches and enclosures that give a nice gift presentation. Online customer service said nope, they could not do anything to make it right. I called my local Athleta store to ask if they could identify the amount on each gift card quicker than me manually entering strings of numbers, and Brianna offered to help, even though it is not a store’s responsibility. Brianna went above and beyond printing a receipt showing card value for each one and putting the cards in pouches with enclosures. She was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Athleta clothing is good quality in styles that my daughter loves, and we’ll shop at our local store now because if this experience.”
