I’ve been coming here for years. I return makeup once and while due to the color not matching. I spent at least 80.00 a month. The manager is not friendly to say the least. I recently had returned an item but I forgot my receipt. The male cashier tried to help me. They usually look it up by the credit card if you don’t have the receipt but it failed. The manager was standing next to him and said to me didn’t you return an item last week without a receipt? I said no I had a receipt here’s my gift card he gave me, she said you can get it off the CVS app. So I asked her how can I do that she says I don’t know…seriously! I walked out and said I’m not spending my money here any longer. They don’t know how to treat customers.

Zero stars..this pharmacy doesn’t represent the greater community that I know. They are incredibly rude, no customer service. I ONLY go here because it’s close to home. Mr. Ghandi the pharmacist/possible owner should be embarrassed..

I go here solely because it’s the closest to my house.
The pharmacy here is horrible. First, you have the older white haired lady who has never been happy in her life. I’ve never seen her smile nor be kind to any person, ever. Then you have the “tech” Roberta. I’m surprised she still works there via HIPAA regulations. I was tossed to her to go
over insurance and instead of leaving her computer, she’s screaming my entire order and life history out loud. Why have cubicles to speak to someone private? Every time I’ve been there and she’s there: I could probably steal someone’s identity with how loud she is.
If it wasn’t for the few nice people who fix all of their mistakes, maybe I could give a 2 star review.

Not helpful when your child is sick don’t waste your time they are pill pushers only. No advice at all. What happened to helpful pharmacists, everyone is too afraid of being sued to be helpful. Pathetic!!!

Why is every drug out of stock? Thank god I have medication, but god forbid I had life threatening issues that required immediate administration of medication. Very disappointed in this CVS. The staff seems nice when I go there and call. It’s concerning that three of my recent prescriptions have been out of stock.

Do yourself a favor and believe the reviews. The pharmacy at this store is the absolute worst. The female pharmacist, ( I don't know her name but I wish I did to call her out by name here ), Is possibly the most uncaring pharmacist I've ever dealt with ( I'm 56 with medical issues so I've dealt with many ). I could go on with examples but I really don't want to sit hear and type for an hour. The main thing about this pharmacy , this female pharmacist in particular is , she lies to your face and when you call her on it she lies again and says she never said it. She just lied to me about one of my meds and it really screwed me over !!!! I mean like , it can be dangerous for me. DO NOT BELIEVE HER !!!! Seriously folks. If it's important too you make sure you check , check and check again. My issue was about my medication not being in stock and she told me it was for 2 days and then started telling me it was coming in today then tomorrow blah blah blah. She knew from the first day that it wasn't in stock and that I didn't have enough to last more than 3 more days but she couldn't care less. She knew the drug wasn't there but chose to lie to me time and time again. Now I have one pill left and I have to bust my ass to find it somewhere else and then have my doctor send in a prescription to that place. It's a med that isn't always easy to find. And to top it all off , she acts like I'm an ass for being upset about it. Find yourself a nice small mom and pop pharmacy and save yourself some aggravation.

Minute clinic is a joke. My wife and I went in to seek an appointment but they had nothing available. Even tho there was NO PTs or anyone around and both RN and tech were standing around on the phone. They both were not busy. But still we were told they have no time.
