Don’t go without an appointment in the morning. I checked in and was told a one hour wait. Ok I am waiting over 2.5 hours and still have not been called. Only one person works there.

DO NOT go to this location! The absolute worst. They lost all my information and apparently I don't exist in their system even though they have scans of my drivers license. Phone number doesn't work, and they didn't appear on Apple Maps until I reported it to Apple.

Actually the worst. Staff is slow, mean, and incompetent. I question whether they are even qualified to do their jobs. Should probably be investigated.
