“This is (or was) the best kept secret. I've been in and out of here with no appointment in 10 minutes and with an appointment, right on time. I'm hearing this location closed which is very upsetting. My husband and I use this Labcorp all the time. The staff are friendly and professional. I can't believe they are closed. Now I guess I have to go to Roxbury which is actually closer to me but I preferred the Lake Hopatcong location.”

“Came here because my new employers required a drug test. The whole process was quick and easy. The place is very clean, the wait time wasn't long at all after check in at the kiosk.People were going in and out very quickly despite it getting busy. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only reason why I gave it four stars is cuz they didn't have a hazardous waste bin for the pee cups. They just have a regular garbage pail and the staff would have to smell that at the end of the day. LabCorp please upgrade your hazardous waste bins and these women work hard. They deserve to have the proper equipment to do their jobs.”

“Caity the phlebotomist was very nice and did a good job drawing my blood!! I was in and out of labcore quickly and in no pain from the labwork! I recommend this Labcore which is inside Walgreens/Rockaway in the back of the store! Very nice employees here!”

“The team there was fantastic! It was an hour to closing and the waiting room was packed with walk Ins. The team was friendly, patient and jovial. They got everyone in and did it with a smile! Kudos to this location and thank you for being so great!”

“walked in and waited about 5 minutes before getting called, & check in was super fast. Norma took my blood and was extremely professional, I am a nervous wreck when getting my blood drawn but she talked to me and made me feel calm.”

“Had to visit to get my blood taken a few weeks ago. The process of check-in was fast, and the two people I interacted with were a good vibe. Had a good giggle too with the jokes the one person made. Overall, good experience. The one who took my blood was quick and didn't feel a thing. I'm also really grateful they had WiFi available because I don't have an active cell and the one device I do have only does the WiFi thing. I need to be able to order an Uber.”

“Always a great experience at this location, I’ve never had any issues like others have complained about. The ladies that work here friendly, kind, and always helpful! Yolanda has taken care of me many times and I have nothing but praise for her and the other staff. Always a perfect draw, quick and efficient, no fuss. Give her a raise!”

“I had to get the 3-hour gestational diabetes test and I must say the staff are very friendly. I feel bad for the staff as the public were angry and impatient. The staff never were rude back; they literally just took the abuse.

Unfortunately, there are no appointments available online for atleast 2-weeks for routine lab work so many people have to do walk-in appointments which causes a long wait time. (And people are not happy about it.)

I would say stickers on the floor to explain that you have to wait in the big waiting area would be helpful. People don’t understand they have to wait in the hall-area and then go to the lab room area.”

“Quick efficient and pleasant.
I have arrived ahead of time, did online check in and was almost immediately notified to come in.
Lab is on the second floor, to your left.
The technician/receptionist was very pleasant, efficient and excellent at drawing blood. I barely felt the needle going in
Plenty of parking.”
