“Phones are us, what can I say, I have been going to this place to pay my cellular phone bill for at least two decades now, something owner (Harry) actually reminded me of, during one of our many conversations. The service is beyond the modern service that you would not typically receive from the average phone store. Harry is definitely what old school would refer to as the neighborhood family. Phones are us has been at least to me, apart of the dover neighborhood family for a few generations. I seen all walks of life in this store as I waited for my phone bill to be paid. From the neighborhood regulars, law officials, the local gym crowd, to your blue collard workers rushing to pay a phone bill after work, even the local dancers at the near bye entertainment bar (if you know what I mean). But when I was referring to the service is beyond the modern service that you would not typically receive from a phone store, I was referring to a time period when things was kind of pressured on me, Harry empathized with my situation and gave me a payment plan that I could not refuse and most store owners would not think about doing. Right then I knew he was an honorable man and store worthy of given my future business to. Thank you Harry for being such a great guy!!!!”
“Even though the pharmacy was backed up beyond belief, the overflow section was huge, the staff kept working hard. 2 people doing the job of 3 or 4, they were working diligently and when it was my turn professional and caring. I had bronchitis and was wiped, I asked for a cough suppressant thinking it was behind the counter, the pharmacy assistant went into the isle to get it for me and was very kind about it. It saved my sick self from dragging myself in it was so appreciated. Even with the hectic day they took care of me. They earn my business each time.”

“I used to love this store, but it has gone down hill slowly. Our Weis recently installed the large self checkout machines.. 3 of them.. it was an absolute nightmare, not just for myself, but for the employee and other customers as well.
