I go to Olive Nails every two weeks or so for a gel manicure and they do a great job. All staff are very friendly. Great experience every time!

I’ve been a customer for years and I will not return after what Tiffany did to my sister in law. She lost 3 great customers and two potential customers my nieces ,and a close friend of mine . She knows what she did and when we went to talk to her nicely they did nothing about it . It’s sad because they did a great job . Ana is fantastic . Unfortunately Tiffany has poor business skills and management .

Terrible, they never have appointments even if I call a week in advance! I move to Jefferson a year ago and I am never able to get an appointment with them, they are never available to do anything.

Tiffany is great and very respectful of your time. However, do not like how the other ladies do the pedicure. Only for that reason I do not give them a 5 stars.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 a.m. I called to confirm the appointment and they said it was for 11:15 a.m. I arrived for my appointment and they said I didn’t have an appointment. I will not be returning to this location.Poor business.Service: Manicure

I LOVE OLIVE NAILS!! The staff is so sweet, especially Tiffany, who fills my acrylics. I think the prices are really good, especially as a student in college lol. I am never disappointed with the service here :)

My mom and I moved to Oak Ridge and stressed finding a new nail place, we tried Olive Nails and loved the whole experience. All the staff is nice and polite. My mom had shoulder surgery 3 weeks ago and they went above and beyond to be helpful and make sure she was comfortable. Couldn't ask for more. And we love everyone participates in the fun game shows they have on. I haven't had tips since before COVID and LOVE them! Always a great experience.
