“Outstanding assistance with buying a new computer and setting it up so that it was plug and play when I got home. Great technical staff at this venue as well as two good store managers. There were two items that should have been brought to my attention when the features of the computer were discussed. One the unit did not have a disc drive and two the mouse and keyboard were not wireless. I still would have purchased the computer, but those items were surprises.”

“Sparta UPS store is very busy but the manager ryan is awesome to work with with he makes things go easy and he is a huge help I had some boxes to shop he helped me unload the car and more I made a mistake on my slip he caught it and was able to make the correction he was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the process! Employees of his caliber need to be appreciated and valued! Every trip and experience with ryan has been absolutely flawless!
