I have been to this place a few times and it was okay. The last time I went we were not even 5 mins late and they made some pretty rude comments to us. Things like “maybe next time show up on time” and then after my mother in law tipped the manicurist another worker came up to us and asked if she tipped her manicurist.I felt that was rude. Than they said we were late but when we got there they didn’t start us until 15 minutes after and tried to tell us we were 15 minutes late. And they say they’re open until 7 at 6 they were cleaning up around us and basically pushing us out the door. I was really disappointed I’ve been there a few times and never experienced this, that last appointment was all I needed to never go back. They’re pushy and money hungry and what an awful experience. Very disappointed and by gel manicure didn’t even last 2 days after. Will be looking elsewhere

Nice place, very clean. I love using the massage chair while getting a pedicure. The staff is very good. I'm always pleased with the results.

Just a had a spa pedicure by Jennifer. Was so relaxing. She has great strong hands and was able to really get some of the knots out of my feet and legs. For someone that works retail and spends 8 hours a day on my feet, this was truly appreciated!

Tried to get my nails done. They were much more expensive than other salons I've been to. I felt like I was bothering them by being there. Left before they started. I'll go a little further to have a better experience

I have been coming to this salon for over two years now. The ladies are wonderful, funny, and great to work with. Scheduling an appointment is always a breeze. Eunice, Angela, and Kay are all amazing at what they do! As much as I love the ladies and their work, my favorite part has to be that the salon does NOT have that typical nail salon smell...ya know the polish remover mixed with chemicals smell. I found it hard to go to other salons because of that smell. So when I realized Top Nail didn't have that and they go out of their way to make sure it doesn't smell, I knew I'd found a GEM!

Been coming here for years. They can always take me. Today I didn’t wear the appropriate pants to hike up for a pedicure and when I asked if I could have a towel to wrap around me so I could take off my pants…they obliged. ?? they women are so sweet here and I’ve never been disappointed with the service.

When the manicurist gave me a pedicure instead of removing the calluse on my toe she shaved the skin off of my toe. I kept telling her that it hurt but she didn't stop for a while. Then another manicurist waxed my eyebrows and my eyelids are raw, burning and swollen. Don't go to this salon. They used to be a lot friendly and experienced.

I love love love this place. I never write reviews but really wanted to give top nails a huge shout out! I go to Kay every 2 weeks without fail and she is awesome- fast and my nails are always gorgeous! I do different nail shapes and designs and she " nails" it Every time ! I've gotten pedicures here too and they are great! Everyone here Is so super sweet - I always make an appt and when I walk in they are ready for me! Never a bad experience--- :-)
